where to fill oxygen tanks NewYork City with no insurance

Where do Brooklyn / New York City people get their oxygen tanks filled when they are self-pay? I've had trouble getting anyone to sell to me since my insurance doesn't cover. Thanks for any leads!

Until someone better acquainted with your dilemma pops along here, I'll just mention that when without insurance or prescription, lots of CH'ers have switched to using welding O2 (it is reputedly the same stuff).
