JUST AWESOME...So Happy your getting your groove back!! Thinking on a yoga class myself, helps with depth breathing. I catch myself shallow breathing quite often, & I believe it may teach my subconscious to draw in. Plus its suppose to help the cookie line. What ever you do don't lite a match...you may blow nuclear Blessings & many more pain free days.....Â

Sorry to hear your Battling...Stress does have its way of pulling us in deeper. You may have meet my Dear Wife at the conference, she may have handed you the id tag. With our oldest Daughter going through cancer, which you never though would touch the Family...that level, stress throws in some heavy endorphins. She has taught me to say "Let Go Let GOD. You Folks living in the southern point of the US had to feel some severe barometric swings from Sandy. Checking in on the noaa site just before writing in here, the satellite shows a good sandwich of weather still hitting you. Know your are in our PrayersÂ

Back in the Groove... and In town again Never Dreamed how Awesome it was to meet you all. A Great sense of Humor is addamant in the Cluster Family. To Members who my Wife & I shared more personal time, our Daughter received surgery to remove her tumor & oncologist cleared her there after. Next, is 8 weeks radiation. Wife stayed on with her for couple weeks to be a Mom & care for her for she was very sore, and stubborn and wanted to return to her work routine. All who were involved organizing the Conference, You gave so much for us suffering from CH so we would not feel alone. It had been 17yrs & I had never met anyone with CH till the conference. I know longer feel so isolated with this debilitating curse. Many..Many..Many Big Thanks to You All & the physicians who spoke & are working on cures for us all. God Bless You & all of you move up to the top of the list for "Big Red" this Season.....so put in your wish list!!! (If you recall who I am for when I brought up the question in the conf. of Spirit, Faith & the shoes I try to fill in December) Praying for all CH'ers who rode thru Sandy, I can only imagine what your going thru & been thru.

Hi All, Truly, jazzed to be attending my Wife & I. My Dear Wife has been my Saint dealing with my health issue all these years, & it will be nice for her to meet the other wives going through the same. I have been cursed since 1995, being chronic to boot... I'm not a great blogger so looking forward to meeting you all in person. It will be a first to meet CH after all these years. Also have stayed at the Rio Hotel for years, but has been about seven since. Great Place all rooms are good size suites. Blessing to All & painFREE!!!!!
