Nasal spray is really good when you don’t have anything else. I have had some luck crushing imitrex tablets and dumping them into a Red Bull. Kind of like an Alka-Seltzer.

I get the knot on the back of my head,cluster side. sometimes I would get stiffness in my neck and shoulder. heat helped some.

Didn’t help me. i was at 560 as well until my heart rate slowed so much my neuro took me off of it.
