  4. Folks, in case anyone wonders about the request from apperception, I can personally vouch for Larry. A long time friend of Cluster Busters, a cluster-head himself and a hell of a good guy.

I encourage everyone to send him their thoughts and narratives.

BTW, you'll not want to miss his presentation at the Chicago conference.  :-)

  5. For the record, Dr. David Kudrow is well aware of Busting.   I've not met him but I understand he is a very good Neurologist.

So if you do later decide to use the 'shrroms Shahooty I think you'll find him understanding.  Likely some professional responsibility issues will have him recommending standard medical treatment first, this is often the case.

It was his father, Dr. Lee Kudrow that first "discovered" and discussed oxygen therapy for CH.  Dr. Lee was also a clusterhead, as far as I know no one else in the family has CH.

  6. I'm thankful for those that are here and I have only best wishes for those that have moved on.

Lots of reasons for people coming and going.

I hear what you're saying, I`m sure we all feel the same sometimes and I appreciate you voicing it.

Keep in mind, we all keep doing what we do for the next person.  And the next.  And the next.....

    No looking back.

    Onward.

  7. Cluster Headache, a Kid's View.

ClusterBusters is pleased to confirm a presentation by a young lady whose mother has cluster headache and of her personal journey into becoming a supporter of someone with this condition.

She will share how she felt the first time she witnessed a high level attack and how she now helps by assisting with the oxygen, ice and sitting with her parent during an attack.

Through this, they both have found decreased feelings of helplessness and have reduced the worries, frustrations and fears we all often experience around our cluster headaches.

"A Kid's View" will be a wonderful story from the perspective of a teen supporter, filled with moments of pain, insight and laughter.

  8. Got this in the mail today from MAPS,

The videos from their conference Psychedelic Science in the 21st Century are available online.

For a short period of time, if you watch any of the videos a generous donor will donate $1.00 to MAPS.

Here is a link to the overview

and start of the video gallery:

If you've not seen the Video of Bob Wold speaking, here is the direct link to that:

    http://www.maps.org/videos/source6/video4.html

Check out some of the other speakers, this was a fantastic conference: Rick Doblin, Andrew Weil, Torsten Passie, David Nichols, Charles Grob and others. all leading researchers in psychedelic medicine.

Learn, enjoy and raise a buck for MAPS at the same time.  How good is that?  :-)

  9. Jeff:

We all understand the urgency when we are in cycle.

But please, take the time to read the info in the "Files" section about dosing, detox, etc.

It is imperative to do this properly if you want to maximize your success.

Who was it that said "this is a lot more than just taking a bunch of mushrooms"

  11. Update:

CHFather has done a remarkable job on the links page.

Thanks for all your work on this Jerry.

The new section should be up shortly on the home site.

I'll post when it is, please let me know of others we might consider adding later.

PS: and thanks to all the others that offered to help, there were many offers which we truly appreciate, but this was one of those jobs best done my one person.   Thanks again to everyone

  12. Damn Dave   sorry, Dan.   :-)

The pain and frustration in your post, we all share that.

I'm glad you're doing better today.

Bob is correct, this has been a lengthy process, if there was a quicker and safe way to to this, a lot of us would be in line to try it.

    Be well my friend.

    D~

  13. Damn Brew, that was well said.

It really is stories like yours that keep us doing what we do.

    Thank you.

On a side note, Bob and the other early pioneers are the rototillers.

The rest of us are fertilizer.

Ya know what mushrooms grow best in, right.   :-)
