  1. Tingeling:

It's posts and stories like your that keep us doing the ClusterBuster stuff.

Feeling responsible and ashamed is simply not permitted.  So don't do it.  :-)

Everyone does their part in their own way, as they can.

You just did your share and a bunch more.

Not many posts bring me to tears. This one damn near did.

    Thank you.

    FG

  2. Don't know what to say.

I've checked the link with both Firefox and Explorer browsers and it seems to be working???

The button should take you to the PayPal page with this URL:

    https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=KxXFlSJo4yMNWyZOzH5speNR_UOvwZxYv5rVx3oTVYPGehvCSanGdlGUipi&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f059ee17e99acf19529de9a5cb8b345b6900ea9ca1a1bd814

Now you see why we use a link.

It may be your security settings avoiding the re-direct to paypal?  I don't know what else it could be.

If others would like to try, please click on the button and see if it takes you to the PayPal page.

    Please let me know.

btw, you can click the link and just exit without donating.  But while you are there..............   ;-)

    Seriously, thank you for trying.

  3. Greetings all.

First, back to the thread topic, wishing you the best this time around Tim.

I learned a lesson myself after 20 months of remission, be prepared.   I can't say this enough times now, always have a supply ready and store it properly.

OK, as for Bob, he does a remarkable job.  Always up front and standing up for the cause.  Change is slow for many reasons but he's doing his best at every moment, whether in front of a camera or behind the scenes.

I'm going to take some editorial privilege here, as this topic has already gotten off track.  :-)

I don't want to offend anyone with this.

How can you help keep up the work of ClusterBusters Inc and support all Bob does??

    1)  Attend the conferences.  If you think he's good on that tape, try seeing him in person.

    2)  Go to the front page here: http://clusterbusters.clusterheadaches.com/

Scroll to the bottom and see the button marked "Donate".  Click on it.

Thank you.  Editorial comments over with.  :-)

  4. OK, I was confused.  I thought you were inquiring about errors when logging onto this message board and ch.com, not about the ClusterBuster site being down.

The ClusterBuster site is still undergoing repairs and revisions, it will be up soon.

Until then when you go to the site you will get the message: Update In Progress, Check Back Soon screen.

There is a link to the Portland Conference on that page and I've asked for a link to this message board.

Most of the files from the old web site file been transferred to a Files Section on this message board.

I will post when the new site is up and running.

    FG

PS:  Shaggy, you coming to the conference in August?

  5. Good day all:

Thank you for point this out Shaggy.

When I run the back up on the MB it does go into "maintenance mode" and you can not log in.

Also, if DJ is running a back up on ch.com this extension site will go off line also.

However, both these backups do not take long.

Otherwise I have no ideas why.

I see a thread on ch.com discussing some error messages and DJ has asked if anyone encounters a problem to take a 'screen shot' and send it to him.  Please do that if you can't get onto ch.com

Same here on this MB, please let me know.

There is some discussion of viruses causing these error messages:

    http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en/InternetExplorer/thread/3e6c6695-5377-49d3-be70-bcb30b06d6af

I'm not saying this is the case with any log on problems, just looking for solutions.

  6. I thank Cluster for finding and posting this link and Bonkers for pointing it out, but this paper is so important I feel it deserves its own thread.

    Well done gentlemen.  Well done.

This is certainly the beginning of something wonderful.

  7. Brain Pain:

Sorry if we've triggered your short fuse, I assure you that was not the intent of anyone.

CH alone are complicated enough, and from what you've said you've got some other serious stuff going on overall.  Complications of electrocution, implants, etc.

I feel for you, we all do.

This board is mainly geared up for help in exploring treatments into CH with indole-ring compounds.  the members here try and help those new to our board, in order to do that we tend to ask a lot of questions.  We are not medical staff, we can not diagnose over the internet but in order to make any recommendations we try and gather as much information as we can.  If we came across as being short or uncaring, I apologize for everyone.

These treatments are not for everyone even their their only health issue is cluster headache.

I don't know if you have posted your situation on ch.com, but there you may find more general advice and some answers to your questions.

I'm not trying to brush you off, you are welcome to remain with us here, but you may find more help on the Medications, Treatment and Therapies board there.

I wish you the best in your search.

  8. I can now confirm that the 5th Annual ClusterBuster conference will be held in Portland Oregon on the weekend of August 20 - 22, 2010.

The hotel is being finalized now (near the downtown area) and a link should be available shortly.  The list of speakers will be available soon also.

Mark you calendars, you're going to want to be there.

Updates will follow as soon as possible.

    CB team.

  9. From all of us here at the ClusterBusters message board and ClusterBusters Inc, best wishes for the season to you and yours.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

    May you be well.

  10. Bonkers:

Everything seems to be working fine.

I suspect you returned to the board and did not log in??

At guest status, you do not see the email, PM and buddy icons.

Also, if you are looking at your own post, the PM and Buddy icons don't appear.

Yer not allowed to talk to yourself.  ;-)

Try logging in and check.  If you are still having problems send me a PM

    D~
