  1. Hey Everyone, I'm pretty new to the community - started getting clusters last year, early September. And as all of you, thought they were sinus-related or something else so I had an MRI and CT scan, and everything came back normal. Last year my cycle started and ended earlier. This year it came back around September 22nd. So I started off by seeing my PC doctor. I happened to get my 25 (OH) D tested and it was 23.6 ng/ml.   2. After 50 years I am still having cluster headaches usually 1 to 3 years apart. This time, about 2 weeks ago, I started feeling really nauseous when I woke up and periodically throughout the day. Also have shadow throughout the day. I did mushrooms twice and will try again this week. Anyone else have this pattern? For the first time I am sticking with mushrooms and no other meds. Advice to keep the cluster from blooming into full scale terror?

  4. I'm pretty new to this migraine business, but since they started they're pretty frequent. Pain killers work, but they're short lived and do nothing to prevent the attack. Besides, i'm worried about what these medications do to my liver. I want to try and unconventional approach. I talked to some redditors and found out about this place. Someone mentioned microdosing shrooms would work. My biggest problem with my migraines is nausea. I can stand the pain, but nausea cripples me. I'm willing to try anything that works. So does anyone have experience/suggestions in what to give a try? Plus a guid
