Brew Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Jerry - Do you have Microsoft Word on your machine? They should open with MS-Word. Maybe try right-clicking on the attachments, save them to disk, then try opening them. Quote

Knowing now that the links themselves were not defective, I tried opening them from Internet Explorer instead of from Firefox, which is my primary browser. They opened fine from IE, but still do not open from Firefox. (Odd, because I think all the other features at this site, including links and attachments, generally work fine within Firefox.) Quote
