Anyone out there experiencing increased pressure or something worse since December 21st.

Yes... my cycle started about two weeks ago. I’d never considered it until I read it on here today, but mine have generally been around the summer or winter solstice. Very interesting.

My partner who suffers from clusters has noticed increased pressure and shadows for the past few days. Never put this together as a possible trigger...worth noting though.

Thanks CHfather! We are set as much as we can be. This is just really hard to try and find a pattern for cycles or even triggers. The first 3 years they were in July, last year February thru March, and now this??? We noticed he was sensitive to change in weather and barometric pressure so I am hoping it doesnt flare up into something. Day by day...
