Hey Guys Just wanted to add this from a very good friend who is a compound pharmacist that has been working with me on the whole cluster thing for awile so he is so on board with the gaba approach he wrote me this today: "Buy gaba and theanine. Theanine activates gaba receptors." Although I only bought gaba today and going to start today I told him that I wanted to give the gaba alone a fair chance to see. Best Anthony

hey all i purchased my seeds back in august and i got them from shamans gardens. i heard the seeds should be greenish? mine are more brown in color? Does anyone know if this is a good place to purchase and if there is a better place? How about the seeds being brown? thanks Anthony

Sorry I havent posted. I actually busted with 60 rc seeds instead since my shroom partner had to bale :-/ I felt a bit of my shadows decrease on sunday after the seeds on sat nite.Still a bit shadowy but powdered ginger i teaspoon in hot water seem to help with that quite a bit. I plan on doing a gram and a half of shrooms on sat Christmas eve with hopes that santa will take the shadows and leave me some shadow free pain free time

I just wanted to share some. I have tried just about everything for my chronic shadows and breakthrough headaches for the last year. Was on verapamil stopped 3 weeks ago and my daily headaches actually felt a bit better felt like verap was almost doing more harm than good. Doc put me on lithium I am up to 450 mg a day not very high dose i know but honestly I dont want to proceed with it. i want to ween off of the lithium and i have rc seeds and shrooms and really want to go that route. I am a bit different when it comes to the "typical" chronic cluster as to I dont really get major cluster attacks for a long time just "stuck cluster shadows" almost daily. I get all the precursors of clusters droopy eye, poker in the eye feeling, red eye, sore neck ect, some days more than others. I am a bit scared to stop the lithium although in my heart of hearts i dont think its gonna work anyway. Would love some feedback and support from you great folks! thank you Anthony

i just wanted some feedback please I am going to commit to busting with shrooms. I am currently on lithiun 450 mg a day . i was on verap and went off it because i felt it was causing other daily headaches. Guess what I was right I havent been getting the other type of "nagging continual headaches) since i stopped the verap. Question I get my shrooms in a chocolate cube. I have a few cubes. Just wanted to know if anyone else had expereience with the chocolate shrooms and how much they did? Thank you all Anthony

what is the herb schisandra used for ? shadows, abortive? how is it used guy's? thanks Anthony By the way, Ting gave me an herb called Schisandra I do believe it took away my shadows and gave me good energy but I still got hit that night, but very mild and only lasted for about 15 minutes
