bubblesup
My spores are colonizing. My concern is there is a lot of milky brown on the edge of the white colonizing. When the process started the jars were full of grey clouding and the milky brown. Strain is colorado. Will this be ok or is this something to throw out. spiny
bubblesup, Not a mycologist, but many members are in Vegas. However, my understanding is that anything other than ropey white is likely contamination. But, I would leave any final decision till the first of the week if you don't get a better reply sooner. Are all yours jars showing this brown discoloration or just some? There is a mushroom site with pics of contaminates, but I no longer know the link. You might consider putting this under busting. spiny
