I can say since I started bust about 1 1/2 years my PTSD has completely vanished. I was moderately effected by it for several years after separating from the military... So our beloved Vit M, is turning out to be a cure all :-). Have had issues with that whole HPPD thing, could be from a bad trip though I encountered a month or two back.
