Anyone tried?

Can`t take the sugar or the aspartam in the sugarfree ones.

I use Redbull all the time. Does pretty good for shadows.

I don't see why it wouldn't do the trick. I would probably not take to much though. You might be speeding your butt off for awhile.

Ok. Thanks In turkey they sold a taurin drink, where taurin was the 2 ingredient. Big different from red bull, in this country.Here`s one of the last. Just alot of sugar.

There was a post out here somewhere about taking Taurine, Magnesium, and caffeine as supplements and it gave the doses. They said you could find them at places like a gnc or health food store if you are in the USA. If I remember correctly they were talking 650mg taurine, 200 caffeine and 65 magnesium but I am not positive. They said they had great results with shadows and reduced kip levels on attacks. Poke around and maybe you can find it here or at www.clusterheadaches.com.

Thanks!! Scandinavian... We just got a not very good version of red bull actually... But in Sweden they had it for awhile. Will try over Internet, but most likely stopped, will try:-)

Some years ago I put up some info on energy drinks with Taurine. It's kind of old now, and some of the brands have probably disappeared and others may have changed their ingredients, but for what it's worth, you can find it on this ugly web page:
