Pain on left side only for 15 years, but now on the right side???

I've suffered from CH for 15 years now. The attacks would always be on the right side. My clusters would occur once a year, in 2-3 week clusters, and I would have about 1-2 attacks daily.

This year, my cluster is lasting an unusually long time. It started about 5 weeks ago, on my left side only as usual. However 2 weeks ago I got my first ever attack on my right side. This really freaked, me out because it never happened before. Now for the past 2 weeks I've been getting attacks only on my right sidea.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Correction- the first sentence should say that I only had attacks on the left side for 15 years

32 years with ch and always a "rightie".....damn, I hate to even thing about having to break the left side in!!

My Clusters are on the right side until the last one in a cycle it changes to the left side for a long 3 to 5 hour hit before it goes a way.

Yep Happens. Usually left sided, started a week ago on but on right side. I had a occipital nerve block when it was on the left side, good for 2 days and it switched to the right side! Telll me this thing aint ALIIIIIVE!!
