  1. I do appreciate it. As this is all new to me and I've only started with my headache log and treatments with this cycle I'm trying to gather as much information as I can mainly because I have no idea what to look for. Today has been great no shadowing or anything but I know the night usually brings them for me.

  2. That's a good question... I'm sure it is most likely a bit different for everyone but for me I spike in and spike out. The pain I get when I have a CH feels like a spike to my rt temple in succession for up to 3-hours and sometimes longer but when I am getting close to going into or out of cycle I will get random single spikes here and there then the spiking stops all together. I don't believe this response to be all that helpful but it's all I got on this one.

  4. I'm not aware of any universal cycle coming to an end indicators - I've seen some CH'ers report the attacks going out with a bang, and others report them going out with a whimper. For me it's been the latter - they've just kind up ramped down and fizzled out, much like they gradually ramp up for me.

  5. I am sorry you are one of us. Learning all that you can about the condition is really the best course of action especially with the fact cycles seem to morph over time and what works this time may not the next so if you have multiple tools in the tool box you are better off than not.
