I'm coming to this thread late (did I just say 'coming'?) but, you can add me to the list of "no ways!"  I don't think there's any way in hell I could perform when I'm getting hit. 

However, the shot I'm using (Sumavel) is a vasoconstrictor (sp?).  If it works quickly enough to quiet The Beast, the side effects can be felt for a while afterwards.

Being a vasoconstrictor, I wonder if the 'shot' you're using would act as a penile deflator?

You can add me to the list of those who use this occasionally to abort. Doesn't work everytime, since the beast is a jokester that likes to change the rules, but if I catch it in time....
