Mum3115
My son just started the Vitamin D3 regime last week (15,000 IU D3 plus all the co-factors). Looks like he's just starting a cluster. This morning he woke up with leg/bone pain. Is this a normal reaction? He hasn't had his blood serum test yet - getting that tomorrow. FunTimes
I sometimes get this but it is due to the verapamil. I have been on the D3 regime for about 4 months and had no side effects. I am not saying that his pain is not a reaction to the D3, im just letting you know what causes that type of discomfort for me. I would have the blood work done just to be sure.
Mum3115
Yes, he's going to do that today. Should give us some answers. How is the D3 regime working for you?
xxx
Hey Mum, In over 7 years starting well over 700 CHers on the anti-inflammatory regimen, there haven't been any reports of leg pain as a side effect. How old is your son and how much does he weigh? Take care and please keep us posted. V/R, Batch
FunTimes
I have not gone pain free with the D3 but I do notice that I can abort my clusters in less time with oxygen that I could before. It can not hurt to give it a try but be patient, it can take up to a week or so before you notice any change.
Mum3115
Just for the record - this was a one day occurrence and resolved. Most likely nothing to do with the regime in case anyone is wondering....:)
