  1. @adhura, I'm sure Batch will be along shortly but in the interim, are you including all of the co factors in the D3 regimen??  I know that the K2 is extremely important and although I'm not certain. I think it has something to do with the calcium levels....I know I've seen comments over the years about the k2 preventing the regimen from causing kidney stones.

Any1 give me some advice on magic mush please ie dosage

The standard clusterbusters protocol is 1 to 1.5g (cracker dry) every 5 days for a minimum of 3 doses.  This applies to psilocybe cubensis....I see you're based in the UK where psilocybe Semilanceata aka liberty caps are common place....they are a much stronger variety and although I'm unsure how much stronger I do know the dose would need to be lower.

  3. @AlanK, the so called "normal range" on the 25 hydroxy D test is 30 to 120 ng/ml, however, the sweet spot for most seems to be in the 80 to 85 ng/ml range.  I'm unaware of the values for the other tests Batch reccomends but I imagine that info is included in the D3 document in our Files section

  4. G'mornin ya'll!

A few years back I had the pleasure of meeting and mentoring a fellow clusterhead from New Zealand on Facebook.

Along with embracing busting as a treatment for his headaches, Craig became interested in Batch's D3 regimen....really interested!!

So, he has teamed up with Pete and began working on an animated production explaining the regimen....this morning he posted this video on his YouTube channel along with our beloved Batch!!

  5. Medicare actually reversed this ruling in just the past couple of weeks and will be covering O2 for clusters now!  Remains to be seen as to when the change will actually go into effect.....since I've already paid for my tank and refills are so cheap I'll probably continue to huff my weld ox but this is huge for the clusterhead community!

My hits are 95% nocturnal and I'm a classic 90 min after going to sleep clusterhead.....after the 4th hit I usually say f this and just stay up so sleep deprivation is part of the game ....I've had clusters for 37 years and I avoid daytime naps like the plague when I'm in cycle cuz it's always a trigger!!  However, I sometimes get so tired that I'll resign myself to a couple of daytime hits just so I can get 3 hours sleep.

  7. @amardeep, We had a young man from India who attended the clusterbusters conference in Austin, Texas a few years back....although he's a member here, he's not very active.  I know I've seen your name in the Facebook group and he is a member there as well. I'll send him a message and ask him to either check in here or reach out to you on Facebook if he can help guide you..

What area are you located in?  I have several longtime michigander clusterhead friends who might be close and able to guide you if you're looking for a "med ox" supplier.

As CHf mentioned though, in my experience, you'll find it much easier (and probably cheaper as well) to source your own weld ox rig.....My large M sized equivalent tank cost me $300 and refills are $23......my weld ox regulator came from harbor freight and at the time (10+ years ago) ran about $50.....the one they stock now is in the $80 range which is still much cheaper than a welding supplier will chg.

I've been using it for over 13 years and I personally know folks that were using it several years before that....never suffered any ill effects and it damned sure beats the hell out of having to deal with docs and suppliers!  You just can't let them know that you intend to breathe it!
