Hello guys!! i just wanted to say that i'm in the same condition at the moment having 4-5 hits between afternoon and night did the lic root and nothing did the vit D and omega ,and nothing I even tried cayenne pepper spray in my nose ..nothing :( ..so i'm fighting with O2 and ice that does more or less the trick depending on how strong the hit i dose my imitrex in 3-4 portions and do that when it goes out of control I also take some medicine for anxiety and to sleep,I have the shrooms at home about 7 grams and it's been 7-8 months haven't been able to take em yet cause i've neber been med free...i think i'm gonna try this time cause i only have that med in my sistem no more verap no more cortisone..and very very little imitrex...those shrooms are pretty dry i've had em in a box wrapped in a cotton hankye....what do you guys think are they still good?? :-/

Good morning everyone ! I just wanted to give an update on the situation ..i've been taking 4000mg om3 15ui d3 and lemon lunch and dinner plus magn before bed time for 1 week now and i went from an initial 7-8 hits every night to nothing now for 3 nights ..had some shadows last night took 3 min of o2 and they faded...so far so good ! i'm hoping this will last, today i'll add calcium...thank's again guys :)

hell yes Les I'm with ya on all that you state! but in the middle of the night i get hit every hour and a half k7 k8 and O2 wont work "it just wont put out the flames" i can't take imitrex ...what do i do go out my fkn mind :-X so yes i did take the root together with some residual verap and imit in my system so i guess that made all hell brake loose worse than ever :'( so what i thought is maybe i decreased the amount of verap too quickly so made it worse ,ho and also the fkn antiepileptic crap was in there ....SO I MADE AA MESS OF MY SELFE how can i detox if i have nothing to hang on to not even 02?? :-/

good morning,Rough night guys REALLY ROUGH I'm not taking the root decreased verap to 40mg and 4 dr of rilamig and man!! had 7 attacks and the O2 would NOT work :-X had to take the imitrex :'( dosed the vile took two micro shots just to get out of the terrible tunnel i was in , but i don't know what to do at this point :-/ the 02 can't save me and i can't take the hits the pain is waaaay too much for me ,and i have to get rid of the drug before taking the root again....this morning a CH friend from Torin called me and said they had prescribed him a drug called NIMOTAP supposedly it's an antagonist of some kind ,do you guys know anything about it? :-?

THANK YOU CHFATHER that clears my mind on this drug > that i have already cut down to 4 drops at night even though i never took more than 10 or 12 in the hospital they were giving me 20 dr twice a day , now I'm only thinking about detoxing , I think i dropped the verap too quickly as i went from 350mg a day to 40 in less than a week maybe that's whats hitting me hard ,but i can't go back now i must move forward towards detoxing to really give the option a chance to work..thanks again

Thanks Les but that med is not a triptan the pharmacist told me that it's clonazepam ,do you know what it is and why they proclaim it's efficiency for CH in this part of the world??

Hoi les i'm really amazed that they do not prescribe meds like anty epilepsy which vary in name and potency there it being here one of the meds they prescribe the most in specialized neuro hospitals for CH the doctor said it would calm me down and decrease the electrical activity in my system ,i just stopped taking it yesterday and had a rough night ,it seems when it's very humid out i get worse i don't know how much interaction with weather but i do get hit worse :-/ well no more meds since yesterday :-X hoping and riding out pain ....hope this time i can make it!

thanks Les i will try to detox and ride it out even though running a business without sleeping at night does not make of me a happy camper :-[ and as far as the anty epileptic goes i live in italy and it was prescribed to me by one of the most well known neurologists and expert in the field whose name is Dr leone at milanos besta hospital ,this is one of the MD's responsible for creating the chip implant to stop pain signal which he did not recommend to me ,he recovered me for 1 week and bombarded me with cortisone and magnesium and i was actually fine for 5 months or so with an occasional attach .But then everything started again so back to high dosage verap and thi anty apilepsy crap...I'm doing yoga for whatever good that will do,,I'm usually under allot of strss and that does not help...iddunno :-/ ..i gotta go cold turkey on the meds and take the shrooms and the liq root....i gotta do it...thanks again Les and my compliments for your knowledge incredible......ciao.

hello everyone ..hi Les! i wanted to fill you in on my situation i'm a chronic ch sufferer i've been chronic for about 3 years been suffering fo 15, i red all your thread since xmass caught up with the various opinions and i went to buy the liquorice root abut not yet being off verap and some drops of anti epileptic about 350mg of verap and 10 drops of rilamig anti ep at night ,i probably made the mistake of taking the root 30 drops 3 times a day before de toxing while taking the other meds even though i'm cutting doun the verap daily ,so it's been 3 days now first day i had no night time episodes and was THRILLED!!! but last night was a nightmare 7-8 episodes finished mi oxy tank had to resort to my cut down dose of imigr..i cut the doses in 3 and they seem to work most times...But what should i do keep cutting down on the verap and keep taking the root?? i also have shrooms and have had the in a box for months but i have never been clean enough to take them because as soon as i cut down on verap i get hit bad!! please les or someone suggest what i should do :'( thanks guys hope i get an answer soon i'm desperate!!!

hi les i found your post very interesting ,though i just read it and obviously bought it today..I'm taking though 350mg of calc antagonist and 10 drops of anti epileptics per day should i not take this now ? should i cleans first?? :-/

Hi guys I've been detoxing from verap for 2 months now but having a really hard time ..3 times a day 1 during the day 2 at night ..fighting with 02 and ice but i ordered a shroom growing kit from amsterdam 3 weeks ago and nothing yet .I'm almost off all meds but i'm really tempted to go and ger a cortisone bole or whateaever they call it in the hospital 1 gram a day for 5 days and the neurologist says i will get better and back to having my yearly episode instead of cronic like i have been fo 1 year or more I'VE HAD IT!!! i really can't take much more of this and by the time i get my kit and my shrooms are ready it'll be october! i don't know what do do at this point, what do you suggest??

I agree no after lunch or dinner naps...suicidal!! Trying to etoz only 180mg of verap a day and usually get hit once a day and deal with it using O2 ..Waiting for my shroom starter kit ,hope I'm a successfull farmer

WOW man that's like the story of my life !! I'm 44 now started getting hit by the beast whenI was 30 after 12 years of progressive partying coke mdma lsd the works clubs after hours all over europe . then I settled in Italy and started with one 2 week period of pain every year that slowly became 2 2 month periods so I went to get MRI no tumor thank god but CH was introduced to me by that time i was a puritan not even smoking sigarettes a glass of wine here and there 10 years of that taking verap imitrex cortisone and everything they threw at me...got worse and worse have a great deal of responsibility in my work and the tension and the travelling was no friend of mine"try telling business people you need a O2 tank in your hotel room",now desperate i stumboled on this blog GREAT I ordered my spores and first kit from amsterdam being that here no one has shrooms,witing patiently and trying to cut down on meds using O2 as much as possible and ice ice ice ..as soon as I harvest i'm gonna give it a try ,no music I wanna be outdoors mountain maibie and enjoy the ride hopin it takes me to pf heaven!! so i'm anxious to hear your result!!

I'm going through a de tox process after being turned into a cronical suffere from doctors giving me mega doses of verapamil and imitrex now i'm down to 150 mg a day of verap and i won't touch imitrex doing my best with oxy 12lt x min at night during my usual REM crisis I am trying to figure out how to cultivate shrooms at home I hope to succeeed couse i want NO MORE MEDS!! and i want my life back..thank's to this group I'm trying to get things together

hello to all of you !! i am new to the group cluster victim for more than 14 years i have tried every farmaceutical possible the only efficient one is imitrex but i am more than sure that in the long run it worsens the problem so i have become a continuous cluster sufferer 12 months a year an average of 8 times a week:( i am now considering the use of mushrooms but have no idea of how to grow them because here wherei live in Italy i cannot find the equipment and don't have knowhow ,can someone help me withthat pleeeaasseee:))
