BoscoPiko Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Thought I would share this link as I know many of us take a plethora of supplements. I had no idea how many vitamins on the market were chalked full of synthetic and not so healthy ingredients. Bejeeber Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Whoa, thanks @BoscoPiko, I hadn't seen this before. I feel all puffed up, haughty, and semi-validated now for having adopted the Thorne brand multivitamin (listed as one of the best brands), while the Kirkland brand oft cited for the D3 regimen doesn't receive such high marks: ------------------------------------ Brands that people think are high-quality multivitamins but are not: Flintstones multivitamins One-A-Day multivitamins Centrum multivitamins Nature Made multivitamins Store brands like Kirkland vitamins or Equate vitamins Mega Food multivitamins There may still be some quality products within these brands, but their multivitamins contain lots of no-no ingredients. 2 Quote
