Dallas Denny Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 @Axel_BI'm sorry but this is not an acronym that I'm familiar with! Perhaps some one else will come along that can shed some light!! Dallas Denny Quote
Shaun brearley Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Hi @Axel_BTMJ headaches are not anything to do with CH buddy . It's when the muscle in your jaw tenses up and the pain can spread up in to your head causing a headache . A doctor would prescribe pain killers and maybe a mouth guard to stop you grinding your teeth 2 Quote
CHfather Posted June 30, 2023 Posted June 30, 2023 Might be TMS????? Stands for transcranial magnetic stimulation. A relatively new technology that apparently has good results for migraine and maybe for CH. Here's an abstract: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29601305/ You or others might be able to find out more with a more thorough search. (Covered by many forms of insurance for treating depression, but I doubt that it's covered for migraine/CH.) Quote
