In a passing conversation/ or not sure where I heard the acronym TMG treatment for CH, is this the right acronym

what is this treatment , is it affective/or is there any literature I can read about trials?

Hi @Axel_BTMJ headaches are not anything to do with CH buddy . It's when the muscle in your jaw tenses up and the pain can spread up in to your head causing a headache  . A doctor would prescribe pain killers and maybe a mouth guard to stop you grinding your teeth

Might be TMS?????  Stands for transcranial magnetic stimulation.  A relatively new technology that apparently has good results for migraine and maybe for CH.  Here's an abstract: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29601305/  You or others might be able to find out more with a more thorough search.  (Covered by many forms of insurance for treating depression, but I doubt that it's covered for migraine/CH.)
