MoxieGirl Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Is anyone aware of this site? If not, it looks like a good resource. The description of the page reads like this: On this page we have posted information about psychedelic research around the world that is not conducted by MAPS. Our current studies are found on the other pages in the R&D Medicines section. The studies listed here are limited to those in which psychedelics are administered to human subjects. Studies that focus on comparing psychedelic drug users to non-users of drugs are generally not included, nor are animal studies. http://www.maps.org/research/ Renee Quote
blueballs Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Certianly, these people need our support as well. Maps has been and is the leader in psyc research. Sign up for their newsletter. Support them they fight the FDA for research protocols regarding many schedule one substances. The fight goes on for simple research. They also are of the thinking that these banned substances have medicinal value, and by blocking research the Feds are violating our right to proper medical care. 8-) bb Quote
spiny Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 From what I read, most 'adverse' effects were exaggerated and sometimes unfounded. Sounds about right, considering the media hysteria. Quote
bradg Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I can't believe I hadn't heard of this before. Great site. Thanks, moxie. Quote
