Hi Music, I don't think anyone pays much attention to the leader board or badges. If you go through the forum and look at the topics you will find something light hearted here and there but for the most part it is a seriously informative site.

Is the website to view this project available yet? -
I'm not sure who your question is addressed to but I'll chime in and say yes. I think most of us have and it has no effect on ch..

Is head and neck massage helpful or harmful for CH
BoscoPiko replied to Hugh Hall's topic in General Board
Probably not all that helpful or harmful. For myself, I most likely would not let anyone touch my head especially my temple on the CH side but that's not because I know it to be harmful it's just because I'm a weirdo like that -
This was a really good read and confirms why my neurologist has never commented on my emails regarding the D3. He responds to all questions regarding everything but supplements... Thank goodness for this site!

First Neurologist Appointment (Rant/Story Time)
BoscoPiko replied to OddNoodle's topic in General Board
Makes perfect sense that the ratio would drop with time. I myself am a female. I suppose I got lucky in diagnosis with my neuro. I think an important factor is (can they hear me)! Are they taking a through account of my symptoms? I was diagnosed with migraine for nearly 2 years by female general practitioners Remember you are your best advocate when it comes to your health! I got so fed up with my practioner that I fired her (she tried to tell me I had 2 types of headaches) and that was the end all. I then had an attack that made me believe I was gonna die. Dialed ER got routed to SF. Then got a smart neurologist that opened the conversation with "description of pain in your words" he instantly said oxygen and you have cluster. I suppose I got lucky.. -
First Neurologist Appointment (Rant/Story Time)

You could always order a home test kit to check your D levels. The calcium and other levels would need to be done by blood panel. But if you are just curious about where your at with the D level you can sign up to be part of the study (you have to sign up before you can order the kit). Hi jbk, I am also an episodic and take extended release verapamil 480mg split in two doses (240 am 240 pm). I take it year-round although I have read that some only start it when knowing a cycle is coming. 120 mg is a very low dosage and I doubt it will help at that mg. I am unsure if that is true of rapid release as I have never taken it however it seems to be preferred over the extended release.

Hey Jon, Are you by chance trying to send a pm with an emoji in it other than one from the very limited amount of emojis on the site (like ones on your phone)? I only ask because even when commenting on the forum I get the same error if I try and use my own emoji. I also know CHfather gets that error alot when typing something a bit long.. Anyhow that's all I got on this one. Hopefully an admin will pop in and help ya out.

Hi buddy, I wouldent doubt that processed meat could contribute. When I was young (long time ago) we raised albino rabbits and my mom could cook them like no tomorrow! They were so good you could smell them a mile away from the drive. Never had rabbit since my ma passed. My step dad would make soup in a pot atop the wood burning fireplace when us kids would go and play all day in the snow was also the best ever! He was an iron worker so gone alot tying rebar but boy could he make something out of nothing! He taught me alot including how to wait at the docks for the fisherman to come in with fresh halibut, salmon, sea bass and crustaceans I owe so much to him! Poor dude had a vasectomy at 18 years old.. ended up with me. -

Ah this post was pretty cool Juss:) I don't eat much weat or things with flower anymore but boy this made me miss a good dumpling! My husband is Hispanic and I am native American Indian (feather not dot) anyhoo he makes amazing salsa, chili colorado, chili verde and lots of Mexican delights! I'll have to remember to share his salsa recipe here on this thread when I get home! BTW you can get a huge pork butt pretty cheap and it could feed you for a decent amount of time.. -
I am not as well read as I should be but most I have read on this subject does correlate to the un-developed brain and schizophrenia. I wasn't as interested in the ketamine write up but thought is would be nice to post the background and uses etc. for folks like myself that don't know as much about it as we should or could. Anyhow from what I have taken the time to read I do believe that ketamine should not be ruled out as an abortive. I don't know of the properties as for a prevent, I need to research more. What I do know with certainty is the pain that we go through, the life that is robbed from us when experiencing an attack and the power of knowledge. For myself, this site has helped me to explore much more than I normally would have so to me that's a positive. More tools to get the job done cant hurt..

LOL no thanks on that! I am rather conservative when it comes to meds both illegal and legal. I just though the read on uses, background etc. was interesting. I was more interested in the allergy desensitization as it makes sense that if you can train your body to not react poorly and or become inflamed by particular elements then in a sense you are riding yourself of said allergen? I am not sure how it works but would assume it's a lot like flagging out a horse. Just the initial approach with a flag at the end of a stick can cause an unfamiliar horse to freak out but as you get a bit closer with each try the horse becomes less reactive and more accepting and eventually you can rub the horse all over with the flag without even a flinch.. I am sure it is a much different than this but that's the best comparison (coming from a horse gal) I can think of

After getting whatever strain of COVID-19 my husband and I contracted I felt it important to find a pharmacy that would allow us to purchase ivermectin (in my opinion it is what got my husband through). Yes I know it's a controversial drug so please just know my post is not about ivermectin but something interesting I discovered after finding this company. While researching the company I found some pretty informative information on the site including ketamine and allergy desensitization. Anyhow here is a link to the ketamine bit https://www.fusionspecialtypharmacy.com/uncategorized/ketamine-what-is-all-the-fuss-about/ the rest can be searched on the site. Cheers!
