Thank you for the info I suppose I have to try to know for sure. I'm to scared to try anything shroom related (that may change one day) but for now I just cant bring myself to go there. My husband tried to purchase me a concentrator but they are hard to get in CA and the company that sold him one ended up being a fraud. I just don't want my condition to be such a burden on our life. Thank you again CHfather,

That's a good idea even though I've never used them. Maybe I need to try I have had good results with coffee so this may be a viable option. Thank you for the response.

I am wondering what others have experienced with flying and being a CH sufferer ? I have been apprehensive to fly since the onset of cluster as one time changing elevation from our home in El Dorado Hills, CA to our home in Truckee set my head ablaze. I have read that most airlines wont allow you to board with o2 so I'm a little intimidated to fly anywhere. Has anyone been allowed 02 on a flight or been provided with it when in need? What airline did you use and what was the protocol you went through to be given it? I am asking because I know my constant "stay near" approach to life is wearing on my husband. He loves to travel and wants very much to visit far away places but I'm just a bit timid about the elevation and being allowed the o2? Any info on flight experience is much appreciated.

Thanks Juss. Please do realize that not all of us have endured what you have and that dosen't make us less aware of the current economic environment or the current political environment. We are smart Americans with tough skin God loving and God fearing individuals. I know you are a deeper into what's going on but please don't discount us . Many make a small crowd.. masses make a movement not to be ignored...The time is here and now as Time has no way to stop ticking on you or me. Time in itself is the most wicked of all things as it cares not..

Oh my Juss.. thank goodness I wasent taking a sip when reading this section of your post! Thankfully I was sitting passenger on the way home from the equestrian facility and when I read this line I belted out a laugh that anyone would be curious about.. My husband was seriously confused at my random laughter when I reread what you wrote he named off several so called iconic reality gals that seriously wear this shoe.. I do have a boob tube but only watch it on Sunday when Yellowstone is on or some other show of that nature. Shoot I still watch the re runs of Bonaza

I think even non country folks know who Reba is.. She is amazing love her song Fancy...I grew up on 40 acres in Northern CA so country life is very familiar to me. I don't live that way any longer though. I hope to retire (long time off) in the country with my horse and animals one day.

I used to milk the neighbors cows and thought it was fun. You have to learn the rhythm then got rewarded with 1 gallon containers of fresh milk with cheese cloth separating the cream from the milk. I loved the farm life it was beautiful all the funny chickens and home raised cows, tomatoes fresh off the vine..

LoL Bejeeber this reminds me of a time I went to Maui and thought it would be a good idea to do one of those rent a rides... The guid asked everyone if any of us wanted to lope (run real fast) some say gallop anyhow me being a decent rider I said yes so they put me on this particular horse... unbeknownst to me this horse knew exactly what spot on the trail to start loping so.... all the sudden the horse took off like a bat out of hell... I've never had to hold the horn to stay on but I'm pretty sure I would have went flying off if I had not.. I couldent even try to stop this gelding as it was all I could do to stay mounted.. then he got to a spot and just stopped (he knew where to start and where to stop)... Never again will I do a rent a horse LOL... If your ever in CA just give me a buzz and I'll let ya ride my mare

No worries Juss. It's not for everybody and I actually wasent a huge Winehouse fan but I am a bit of a lyric junky it's a shame she couldent find her happy..
-
Yes she was and it's unfortunate she never recognized her worth.. I really liked her work but I like this lead gal better.. to me she is more put together.. you know what opinions are like...
-
Here's to wishing all you cluster heads a happy Thanksgiving! I sure hope all of you get to enjoy this day pain free.
-
LoL Shaun.. you and me both! I hate to admit it but I have to look up so many words that @Juss posts. However I also must add that because of his posts I'm learning a bunch

The lead singer reminds me of the late Amy Winehouse...

Cool picks! The ones in front of the waterfall are really cool. Only place I've seen waterfalls like that were in Hawaii.

Hey juss I don't have my medical dictionary out at the moment and while I love researching all the info you post just chalk me up as slow if you will. I'm a cowgirl.. I rope, ride and die when in cycle. I do my best to stay apprised but refuse to let my infliction encompasses my life. On my good days I ride. On my bad days I pray..

Hate when just the long link appears instead of the video. I'll try and repost it correctly

Have no idea why that came through twice?

Sorry you're stuck in cycle mine started July as well which was early for me and it lasted until October 11th.. sucked ars.. I was originally on toprimax don't know if that's the same as toprimate but I think it is. It never helped me and only gave me cognitive issues (I write alot for work and found myself double typing words constantly) I eventually ditched it but everyone responds differently so I'm glad you get some relief from it. Hope you get out of this bad cycle soon!

I don't take anything anymore aside from the verapamil and D3 reg. I use to use a nasal triptan but I do believe that it kept me in cycle this last round much longer. Shadowing is not a warning for me as I'm always shadowing (every day even out of cycle). It's just a norm for me to have a good deal of discomfort on the rt temple but I'll take it over the thunder. My warnings are the random spikes (same spikes as I experience with a CH just not in every 2 to 3 second succession). I made the mistake of thinking that I was going to go full blown this last time and took the spray, boy was that a mistake...my normal 1 to 1 and 1/2 month cycle turned into 3 and a few.. The D3 reg really has helped with the intensity and while it still hurts like an MF I can at least stop pacing and rocking back and forth..
