kat_92
Happy Sunday all as a cluster newbie, my cycles are not very defined quite yet. They are steadily over the summer months, and the last few days I can say that I’ve only had shaddow pains. I am attributing this to the vitamin d routine. Does anyone else try having a bit of alcohol to see if they’re cycle is ending? I have one day of shaddows and one day of no pain. Any thoughts? Thanks kat
kat_92
@Brain on fire my last cycle before this was almost 3 years prior ( I hadn’t been diagnosed at this time). I believe episodic...I’ve only had shaddows this entire cycle (some have been very strong). Not sure what that means
kat_92
@Brain on fire yep I stupidly had 3 sips from a beer and not an hour later felt like s*** behind my eye and my teeth. Def not out of the cycle yet.
spiny
Ouch! Two weeks is my method. Two weeks of PF and I will try a beer.
dmlonghorn
I tried and failed with white wine at the conference Friday night. I got hit and learned that my low level constant shadows are an indicator of still being in a cycle. 1
kat_92
Are mostly only experiencing shaddows an indicator that a cycle is ending?

kat_92
@Brain on fire yes no attacks just 3 months of mild and intense shaddow pain. At the beginning it was every hour on the hour. The last few weeks it’s been maybe once or twice a day. Sometimes I even skip days. I’m attributing this to the vitamin d regimen
