  1. No ch hit yesterday, no shadows, no ch pressure on right side or presents of a ch, an awesome day for me, slept all night the last two nights, I'm having positive results, yesterday took 100mg x4 through out the day, still researching how B1 is acting on ch, found this last night " B1 helps the production of cellular energy and has a calming effect on histamine related headaches ". I had a dexalog shot in okc and it had a B complex with it, not sure of dosing.

  2. wow just in a storm at the mo, haven't checked what's current for a while then found this site I'd heard rumours of the Mushroom cure (didn't know LSD also works) but tbh I'd always thought that when my head is mashed the last thing I'd want is a trip! I was no stranger to chemical entertainment as a young man so know what is entailed but I'd be terrified to try it, I suppose it couldn't get MORE painful but isn't this a recipe for a legendary Bad Trip? I think I will survive this round (Zolmitriptan, my only friend) as I' 3w in and I think it's fading one question - does this approach 'cure' in the long term or is it something you will always need to do when in a Cluster?

  3. Hey Adam! Some CHer's get a hot stabbing pain in their temple, not eye, that goes completely nuts. The 'shadows' from this would be a sore temple. It is still CH. So, I would not recommend a drink yet. If alcohol is your only trigger, you are most lucky!!! People get hit due to stress - either when stressed or post stress. Some have called it a 'stress relief' CH. As for booze, the least offensive seems to be Vodka. The worst offender seems to be beer. Of course you could take a drink and see if you get hit. Then you know that temple pain is actually CH.
