  1. All for one and one for all! Just have to post a thankyou (understatement of the century) to the ClusterBusters community. Admin, contributors, supporters of CH sufferers, Doctors, Researchers, everyone really. To be able to access and learn from this site and have such a wealth of information shared,.............well, it's not easy to put appreciation and sentiment into words, which is why i've borrowed from Dumas. Also, personally speaking I used to be dismissive of the "know your not alone" mantra, but to really know your not alone, and that others really do know what it's like, is absolutely comforting, despite having to experience the bouts of madness and the whole roller coaster in general. I'm certain that in future decades all of the contributions to treating this condition will collectively improve the lives of future generations, just as our time has been made better by the efforts of generations past. Stay strong folks.

  2. As a long self perceived dog person having kitten dissolved my personal bias against cats altogether. Kittens do become cats and cats turn out to be rather fun if treated with love and respect.

Summary "Thus, our findings suggest that vitamin D supplementation in the high-dose range of 1200 to 10 000 IU/d and bolus doses to 600 000 IU to infants and preschool children to 6 years of age may be safe in both healthy children and in children with various diseases." Note: My daughter and Niece both followed the anti-inflammatory regimen treatment protocol taking 10,000 IU/day throughout their pregnancies. Their pregnancies and deliveries were flawless with three full term babies. These grand babies were bathed in maternal vitamin D3 from conception through breast feeding. They have T-Rex immune systems - They don't get sick. They're also budding Einsteins and Mensa candidates with exceptional neuromotor development. They've been taking vitamin D3 at 50 IU per pound of body weight per day since they stopped breastfeeding. Fred a.k.a., Winefred on the left was speaking fluent Hochdeutch (German) at age 3, attended pre-kindergarten at age 4 in Heidelberg, Germany where only German was spoken while my daughter was there on sabbatical. She came home from her first day of class and said the German kids don't speak German very well. Her bother Orrin in the middle is also bilingual. Emory Autumn on the right has become a charming and talented dancer. The 25(OH)D3 concentration in her cord blood at birth was 43 ng/mL. Take care, V/R, Batch

  4. Hi Monica, Sorry you are having a hard time. I don't think there is much of a correlation between CH and bi-polar. Some studies have been done on the subject and it seems that a very low percentage of CH sufferers are afflicted with the disorder (around 6% or so). It seems that migraine has a higher association with bi-polar. Depression however is something that many with CH suffer from, myself included. Either way it couldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about the sort of feelings you are experiencing. ATB
