  1. ...hi TH...welcome aboard... ....couldn't answer how "common" it is... but definitely a known that some folks have permanent/semi-permanent after effects....including droops, sags, redness, puffiness...and/or, as in my case, miosis of hit side eye. no discernible vision issues for me, and several eye docs have noted it and shrugged... ....i would be concerned enough about this showing up so far after a cycle that i would consult a doc. there are other conditions that could cause this and it bears getting out in front of... best, jonathan

  2. "“We not only saw a 10% increase in the number of neuronal connections, but also they were on average about 10% larger, so the connections were stronger as well.... It was a real surprise to see such enduring changes from just one dose of psilocybin." https://news.yale.edu/2021/07/05/psychedelic-spurs-growth-neural-connections-lost-depression?utm_source=YaleToday&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=YT_Yale Today-Best of the Week Public_7-17-2021

  3. Thanks for the link @CHfather ! If I were to think that all the CH pain and pain related signaling is traveling through these old neuronal connections, and when new neuronal connections are established they don't know what CH is. But to us that means these new connections are free of pain signaling = PAIN FREE I love the image when beast is overrided and overtaken and it stands powerless as distance grows in the rear view mirror. Also an important publication for suspicious minds

  4. Hi, has he tried to change his diet at all? Like not eating histamine heavy foods? See if that makes a difference?

  5. I guess this NHS page might be a guide to brand names for diphenhydramine. https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/diphenhydramine/ Note, however, that it lists brand names in Part 1, but only says in Part 2 that some of those brands have diphenhydramine mixed with other medicines. Benadryl is time-tested. I will mention, though, that Batch has suggested Quercetin instead of Benadryl. More can be read about that at the thread titled "Ditch the Benadryl."

  6. ....ooops....sorry. Benadryl just a brand name...is totally different compound outside US/Can.... .....what i refer to is diphenhydramine.....which in Britain (EU?)is available OTC (i think)as a "sleeping aid".....perhaps Nytol or Unisom...or something called Dimedrol (help! UK folks). Old time med that i have found personal success with..... and many others report same. batch describes partly as a blood brain barrier transit issue. could always deal with the drowsiness for the definitively beneficial effect.... ....away from home PF surely indicative....but involves too much to be specifically helpful (diet, setting, lodgings, activities, etc all different). gonna have to drill down further... ....been chasing diet alterations my entire CH "career".....never amounted to much but i was able to narrow down to several triggers: aspartame (one of the artificial sweeteners), msg (ubiquitous under various names in most prepared foods), allergens specific to me (tomato), and, of course, alcohol. drastic changes do not narrow it down, would suggest taking out specific groups at a time. read your labels..tis unfortunately shocking how many psychoactive ingredients are in the prepared foods we eat...and some of the supposedly "natural"...

  7. After a pain free month, and just when I thought that the homeopathy meds were working, the attacks are back. This is my forth cycle this year. Looks like I'm going from episodic to chronic. Getting just a month between cycles. Things going from bad to worse for me. Love Vipul.
