What's the story on the OUCH meeting in July if it's any of my business
-
Very good site. Thanks for posting it Doug. I sent it to my mother as a matter of fact. It vividly describes both the pain and relief. Question. One of the articles said that psilocybin is illegal in all states except new Mexico and Florida...is that true? Dan

My mother just called me about an article in the Big Spring ( Texas ) Herald yesterday. That is our old hometown newspaper. Lee Ann and I grew up there and my mother still lives there. All I know is my mom said it is about someone who committed suicide because of headaches. She commented what a shame it is that this poor dead person was unaware of the mushroom treatment that saved my life. I told my mom that people relate my kind of headaches with child birth in which case I have given birth several times a day with no anesthesia for years and years. I should have thousands of kids! You just can't do that forever I told her. She related with that analogy. When she called she first asked what I was doing. I responded I was on the Internet reading a story from a new guy from the Netherlands about his headaches. She said isn't that what the national geographic story is about...? Letting people know about how mushrooms cure headaches. I didn't go into the cure/ treat stuff. She gets it. If I ever questioned why I spend my time trying to help headache sufferers ( and I haven't ) it is because I nearly killed myself and this poor bastardin my home town did just did. He didn't get the fecking memo. I hope to hell I didn't know him but Big Spring is a small town. Dan

Or a KMart truck advertising "Boys pants Half Off" That would get Ron every fecking time!

Tingling. I have missed you. You are the sweetest of them all. I too have prayed for a tumor and have KNOWN I was stroking. I too have had past fears of being in a wheelchair, but then thought to myself...at least they aren't screaming in pain. My siblings and I aren't close either. I love them and they love me. We have parents in common,,,that's about it. Piss on em... Feed em fish heads and rice. Best wishes to your Mom. You and I will meet in Chicago soon. I am the tall skinny Texan...I'll be looking for the babe from Norway Dan

Just store them in a glass container with a desiccant ...I use damp rid. just keep them dry and they should last a good while. Some say over a year so no worries. I hope u never need them but if history is a judge you probably will. not to be a downer but you having the proper ammo is putting you ahead of the curve. Do you use oxygen? Dan

Looking for good news here. Where is it? It may take two or three doses spaced a week apart. It took three for me over a year ago. I am going on my third month without a screamer. My last dose was march 25 th. Only a few hits here and there. Relatively perfect!!!, Hang in there new guy. Give it your best shot. It will save your life and your sanity...I speak for myself...it did for me. Dan

I concur. The mushrooms make everything seem to spasm. Even my maps on the wall spasm so I guess it's just part of the program. I'm going on 3 months virtually pain free. My longest stretch ever. CCH for seven years before the big mushroom discovery. Gotta love it! Dan

Hello and best wishes to Bonkers. You just tell him he inspired me to quit oxycodone! I took my last one four days ago. Whew, talk about sucking for air. Each day gets better though. I remember last time I quit the pain killers my daughter commented on how well I looked and how I seemed so much better. One never knows exactly what will inspire but she inspired me. I am damn near over it. Nothing good comes from it. That's what my wife said about another one of my previous vises years ago and she is always right. One must get ones mind right. "a man persuaded against his will is of the same opinion still" he has to want to get clean and has to know how much better everything will be once the shitpile of withdrawals subside. I am also glad to learn Bejeebers name is Matt. I did not know that. hey Matt, what up? ;D Peace... Dan

Warfarin for Refractory Chronic Cluster Headache
Hipshot replied to alleyoop's topic in Research & Scientific News
It really looks promising. Why not? I am doing really well these days/months or I would sure give it a try. Let us know if Mike tries it. Wouldn't that be great if one of the toughest cases found relief from a legal and prescribed, easily accessible drug. Aspirin is a blood thinner by the way. Dan -

Good stuff. Who among us will be the first to ask their doctor for a prescription? We have all tried way more radical treatments and the science seems to be there...so far so good anyway. Thanks for the post Bobb Dan
