I sure would like to see you spend a few days letting all the drugs you've been taking leach out of your system and then attack your CH methodically. You give the impression that you're an avid recreational drug user. I don't have an issue with that partly because a big part of my life was spent the same way. You'd be doing yourself a favor to learn as much as you can and then experiment with whatever seems to you to be the most promising single substance. Start with low doses, increase gradually every 5-7 days and keep a log of your experiences. We've found that each of us has to do this on his own since each of us reacts differently and nature doesn't provide equal amounts of any given psychoactive substance in all parts of all plants of the same species. I applaud your willingness to experiment on yourself. I just think you'll have better results if you go about it a little more systematically. Michael tried it ever which way we could think of - after instruction from both Joe and Denny - and it just seemed to intensify his pain. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained; it could have worked.Â

Hi Jilly, My son has been able to successfully bust while still taking Methadone. If access to busting supplies isn't a problem, you might try it before you've totally weaned yourself from the Paxil. Go as low as you comfortably can of course but don't get to the point where you're losing your grip to better insure a successful bust. My son needs to take more shrooms than most and that might be the case for you too but you don't want to take more of them than you're comfortable with either. Good luck. Ron

I've looked at several websites selling tinctures of licorice and would like to know if you could recommend any one over the others. I know you make your own but have you seen any for sale that matches your tincture closely enough that you would recommend our trying it? Thanks. Ron

If you can get to the store, buy a few cans of one of the energy drinks like Redbull. Power 1-2 down as soon as you get a hit. Turn you home/car a.c. on full-blast and hyperventilate with your mouth/nose as close as you can to the register. Power down cold water. Try a combo of Tylenol/Advil (2 of each). Ice packs. Cold/hot showers. Run around the block. Push-ups. Others will offer other tips (or correct mine) till you can get oxygen and a proper diagnosis from a headache specialist. Chin up. I feel so proud and grateful to have been a part of it. I know a lot of us spend far too much time here but how can we not when we know that we can ease the suffering of others.
