It was great to meet you, jeebs. Gonna try to take your advice and see some of tonight's open mic at The Station Inn for bluegrass night. I didn't find out until it was too late who kaboom was - I helped her put those posters up on the wall (and a fine job we did - not). I hope she's still around this morning so I can make amends.

You betcha.

Jerry - Do you have Microsoft Word on your machine? They should open with MS-Word. Maybe try right-clicking on the attachments, save them to disk, then try opening them.

The problem with energy drink sponsorship is that no corporation is going to want that kind of association: "Drink X cures (or even "helps alleviate the symptoms of") malady Y." False claims, false advertising, etc. Just ain't gonna happen. I'll be happy to eat my words if it does.

Is there Anything else out their to stop This!!!!!

You are absolutely correct. I hope never to have to take it again. The larger point I want to get across is that someone making the transition from mainstream pharmacological treatment to entheogenic treatment need not be overly concerned with verapamil blocking the therapeutic effects of busting. -

I'm not a doctor, and I don't play one on TV. I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. But I do know that verapamil DID reduce the frequency and severity of my CH attacks for a number of years. Did so even more effectively when combined with lithium. How does that make me wrong? What is it about your statement that I'm not understanding? I can't make any statement about how it has worked for other people, only how it worked for me. And it worked - not anywhere near as well or for near as long as busting - but it worked. What am I missing? -

Many people report successfully busting while still taking verapamil. I don't believe it's one of those you need to detox from before busting. No personal experience here, however. -

Sometimes you get a big, fat softball, belt high. You just gotta swing as hard as you can and knock it out of the park.

I'd love to meet you, but there's not a chance in hell I can reveal my domicile. You'll probably find a lot of that around here. Come to the convention in September!

Two here!

Cool beyond words.

Michael, you have been and will be in my thoughts. Getting the monkey off your back is perhaps the noblest thing you will ever do. I wish you nothing but the best. One fraction of a minute at a time. Then the next. Then the next. Singularity of purpose.

I believe it does act to block the effects of busting. I took Neurontin for about six months way back when. Did next to nothing for my head, but it made me seriously stupid.

Happy Birthday, Birthday Boy!

Well, how f'n cool is that? I'm so happy for you, Ting.

That right there is some serious poetry.

For some it is. For most it's not. Most will say is certainly doesn't while being hit. But nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, so....
