I know but it seems not to be a real problem in daily live as I read humans have a big amount of B12 all the time in the body. My body does not anymore produce/metabolize B12, so yes I know I have to take every year a shot of B12 iv. For the moment iron is important, level far to low. Twice a week a multivitamine. Periodically hemogram yes. As im out of the rat race going slowly into a kind of retierement It may be easyier getting of smoking. In total I was 7 weeks in hospital, nurses where extremly kind and helping. Never seen something like this.. What nocked me down too was when suddenly talking to a nurse at nigth time, he explaining me: Urs, the outer most horrible death we know are lung deseas like lung cancer, COPD and so on. The suffering without changes to recover also hits us verry hard... exactly like drawning without water. Slowly but surely. I'm mentally strong. My father did it at the age of 45 and I can do the same, I know it will be hard but I ,m really motivated.

Uh, cool topic 2016 I lost nearly my whole stoach. They where able to rebuild a type of stomach it now has the size of cup of tea about 300-350ml. Pilori, the muscle after stomach removed. Vagnus nerve all cut. So I had to change eating habits dramatically. Cluster changed for sure to the positive. Allready wanted to cry out, folks the source off our problem may be in the stomach, its function and environment... But until now, for now, I can´t confirm and pinpoint it down. Anti-inflammatory regime helps a lot. Because my metabolsim fucked up since years, I is far to early for me beeing able to point to one direction. But stomache, anti-inflammatory are two keys for me. I´m smoker, 20/day. My guess too: smoking creates permanent inflamation in my lungs... This brown shit I´m spiting I do not belive this beeing only nicotin as in hospital (4x emergency room, 3 surgeries) I smoked nearly the same amount (privat room&balcony, closer to heaven then earth they let me do so...) But received a lot of antibiotics spit turned clear like glas. Now becoming slowly again colored, triggers start hiting again and I have to take care not to strike them. Yes, I will stop smoking permanently. Far to early, far away for a clear statement.

I've downloaded your app and for sure appreciate your work and effort investing into this. I see you realizing a really nice app and help is appreciated at any means. Beside a lot off other things in IT I've done some app's in the past using a small team of 5. A few 100k downloads/year we've done. But I tell you honestly: The steaks are difficult to get... I even earn a few bugs out of this work in these days, but never ever all the even already remarkable download pay any meaningful bill or food or what ever. At the end of the day it may become very frustrating ... So what I would like to tell is: be prepared it may become difficult generating any meaningful downloads and it is difficult asking money from the users. REALLY.. may be little off topic but not: as far as I know all doctors getting their diploma and therefore allowed to practice the profession "medical doctor..." have to swear on the Hippocratic oath. Meaning, docs are not at all allowed (by them having swear) letting his patients going down upon information patient is giving doc at any time during treatment. So, isn't it that we should be able to openly tell to this fat sack: He dude, I do MM, in order to beat the beast, blablabla... and he would not be allowed to any extend involving any third party or even informing in a way the patient may face problems even legal. Well this of course would not mean somebody could confirm a crime and the doc must keep this information secret but everything related to the security and integrity of the patient and his particular case/sickness. Yes, a murderer confirming won't get doc silence. As far as I know this should be same-same all over the planet. Any doc on the ship?

Uff, first hello, second forget your doc... What do you guess your doc represents? God? Police or what? If you found something helping 4 cluster headache take it as we all do as the pain is unbearable! In my country too it is absolutly forbidden, so what? Nothing else does have the power to stop my cycles! I break the law by any means, so what? I'm not at all criminal and no I'm not stupid telling my doc what I take... Cluster comes and goes out off the blue so there is no way for anybody knowing what you have taken! No law on this planet gona tell me what I'm allowed to eat or not, I really do not care! I'm sorry for you rimantas. I personally relay heavy on lsd but never experienced an attack while tripping. Even having difficulties tripping at all What I've noticed in the last 2years or so: it is so difficult in these days to get real world lsd. Even darknet is not a relaiable source at all and the ehrlich test not conclusive... This said, changes are realy high one not getting real lsd in these days. Chemical production of ergot came to a shier stop worldwide!

Jenny, probably one does not like to accept (like myselfe): Pot is a verry bad trigger, kicking in hours after after a certain level consumed. As a lonterm pothead I had to learn this by the hard way. Every other day I could smoke just a normal joint, more causes a bad cluster. Also from my experience: THC or CBD are not the cause. I had/have both in almost pure form... Something else within pot causes cluster. So far my experience. I had/have to stop my ever since habit.

I confirm Cluster-like headache smoking an excess of Marihuana. Wears excess means daily and a lot of joints... One may call me longterm pot smoker (when working 3-5, else around 10 a day). Never experienced problems until a few month ago. Even didn't realize headache coming from pot smoking. Cluster-like: It starts like Cluster-headache but barely reaches the EYE! But painful yes! Heard a similar story years ago (receiving terrible headache each time smoking pot...) Hence, I don't think smoking pot does/did cause my headache. Rather I think something else is wrong in my body, so at the time smoking pot, things get worse and ending in headache. So something else is wrong causing pot creating headache.

I'm not able to confirm in general but yes it seems I've had problems spring '14 loosing short memory/memorizing in general after heavy LSD abuse. Heavy means REALY much... Recovering nicely after a few month stopping using LSD in excess. Unable to make this case a general one.

Hi Bryce, I've had the same problem with bad stomach as your dady. And I'll have them again. Sometimes the huge amount causes me to stop eating. Lost in November 15 kilos. My weapon: Weet! I buy some Weet and somke it or make a tea (see google). Just a small amount is enough to get anybody hungry Buy some nice Sweets and give some weed probably best as tea. Your dady won't be but hungry for Sweets after an half of hour or so. (old indian medical herb)
