D3 Update

Thank you for posting and updating this CHFather. It is a wonderful, concise, list of what is needed for the D3 regimen.

I would like to, if no one complains very much, add one item to the regimen. Tic Tacs. I have to agree with Brad, the fish burps are disgusting! Especially as I hate fish.

Can't ya'll get the 'burpless' kind? No burps with those, but they are rather huge. Kind of like a fat, short, Gummy Worm.

I've never had a bad burp from the Nature Made Omega 3 Fish Oil...  but others have.  Must be all that good rum that's dulled my taste buds...  and smokes that have done a number on my sense of smell....

If any of you find a brand with no fish taste, please let me know.  Thanks.

Sundown Naturals No Burp 1400mg each.

Works. No Burps. They are Enteric Coated. EPA=700mg

DHA=280mg. How 1,400mg fish oil = 980mg of Omega-3 fatty acids I don't know.
