Tingeling, dingeling, ding-a-ling. Heehee.

It shouldn't be. You might try to take 25 rc seeds - which is a very small dose - along with .5g shrooms.

Go to the Forum Jump just under the right side bottom of the last post and scroll down to ClusterBuster Files. You'll find everything you're looking for there.

Thanks cluster and bobb. Ron

I've come across several articles lately (e.g. the above mentioned study from Cephalalgia) that are now inaccessible and require either a subscription to a journal or a one-time fee of $30 or so to read. Is there some way that this type of article can be copy-pasted to this website so we can read them without charge?

Wow!!!! "And it worked, after that first bust i never thought suicidal again, not once" You really are amazing, ting. I hope you have some idea how much you're appreciated - and loved - by the rest of us. Ron

Hi Jerry, Do you have the blog address for the Yale student you mention? Thanks, Ron -

Good idea; certainly worth a try. You'll get plenty of support here. What can anyone else can do to help? -
Damn! I had no idea so much research was going on about headaches. It'd be nice to see that list sprinkled with studies using psychedelics to treat a variety of HA types.

You don't smoke? What's wrong with you? You really should start. I quit for 20 years after hand-rolling for a year or so just before quitting. I tried to get my kid to quit a couple of years ago using the same method. First I started rolling one once in a while for him - just for fun. Then I took a puff once in a while - just for fun. Then I fell and slid down that slippery slope and have been smoking ever since. I am SO glad. Not.

Hi HOPEFUL, So sorry you and your son Adam have to deal with this awful affliction. You'll find others on this board who are in similar situations with their children. Clustermom13 has a 19-year-old son. If you read back through her posts you'll find that her situation was almost exactly the same as yours a year ago. Her son Andrew is working part-time, going back to school and is in the process of reclaiming his life. My son Michael is 26. He was an episodic at 12 and became chronic after an auto accident at 19. He came very close to ending it all before we found this website. He now has more pain-free (PF) time than headache (HA) time, is working part-time and planning to return to school. Even though your local hospital diagnosed Adam with CH it is still important that he see a headache specialist or a neurologist specialized in HAs who treats patients with CH. Before his appointment, it's important that you learn enough about CH yourself that you can evaluate his doctor. You will learn very quickly if a doctor immediately prescribes steroids and narcotics that your next move should be to make a bee-line outta there. In addition to reading as much as you can in the ClusterBuster Files on this website, you should also visit CH.com, http://www.clusterheadaches.com/wwwboard2/index.html, the sister site to this one. There you will learn about the more traditional methods of dealing with this disease - and all of their methods are legal. On both sites, I encourage you to ask questions about anything you don't understand or are troubled with. Everyone on both sites is anxious to help you. I know you're in a very bad place right now and I'm truly sorry. Many of us have been exactly where you are now. Give it a month. Ron p.s. - There are a couple of very good videos available that discuss the current state of CH affairs and provide an outline of clusterbusting methods: and

Big Pharma has little interest in bringing BOL to market exclusively for the clusterhead population because of its small size. The hoops it would need to jump through and the money it would need to spend in order to produce a drug for such a small target population make it unlikely that we'll get BOL at a reasonable cost (or at any cost for that matter) due to the big heartedness of Big Pharma. I think our best chance at getting BOL to market will come when it is found that it also works for migraine as well as other types of headaches. Migraine sufferers comprise an enormous market, many times that of clusterheads. My fantasy is that one or several famous celebrities in the entertainment or sports fields will be "cured" of their migraines by the use of one of the psychedelics. When the news gets out (after the shock wears off) and a few others have the same success, the government will be forced to either legalize psychedelics, make criminals of a big percentage of headache sufferers or make BOL available at a reasonable price. Percy Harvin, a star receiver for the Vikings, is getting a lot of press lately and losing a lot of playing time because he gets debilitating headaches. Wouldn't it be great if somehow he learned that a dose of shrooms might end his headache problems?

Dan, I'm so sorry. Didn't even think about you. There was so much of it. And it was FREE! Ron

You have a lot of growing up to do, young man. I hope you survive your adolescence long enough to do so. If you really do want to help your grandmother, read the ClusterBuster Files and return here with intelligently thought-out questions - when you're sober.

I'm big horizontally, not vertically.

Hi EZ, I understand your frustration in dealing with a certain negative element at the clusterheadaches.com website. I think all of us who post there know what you mean. Personally, I think it's worth it if only a very few people come here after hearing about us there. The Board Topic "Time for the 75-80% to stand up and be counted," under "Medications, Treatments, Therapies," started by our leader BobW, is the one place where I'm comfortable posting and I intend to continue. I don't get enough flak there to drive me away. There are a lot of folks who find their way to that website (75-80%) who could benefit from our methods. Ron

Ting, This, http://www.amazon.com/Spike-Mat-and-Bag-ORGANIC/dp/B002YJCIVE, is what you mean, huh? I was thinking it was more like a Yogi's "bed of nails." Ron
-
Okay, tingeling. What's the deal on the "spike mat?" What's it look like? What's it made of? How big is it? How much do they cost? Where can I buy one? Please. I'm interested. Ron

We're planning on coming too, Feisty. Won't it be great for our sons to meet? Mike's a big guy too; not as big as yours but a lot bigger'n me.

I'm not qualified to be a critic, but I think that's really cool. Thanks, takinitEZ.

I live in S. Calif. and have a "cannabis card" for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the novelty of being an old hippie legally going into a legal weed shop and legally buying very high quality legal marijuana. I get a big grin just thinking about it. I also take Celebrex and Methadone for arthritis and the aftereffects of a couple of surgeries. I ran out of Celebrex just b4 Thanksgiving and figured that an small increase in Methadone coupled with a little bit more weed would comfortably get me into this week. I was wrong and by mid-day Friday I was getting pretty miserable. What I'm trying to say is that I think marijuana is an effective analgesic only for specific kinds of pain. Even narcotics like Methadone (which my son and I both take) don't work on all kinds of pain. After exhausting the usefulness of the more popular CH drugs, Michael was left with only Methadone to take the edge off and that's all it ever really did was take the edge off. He's also tried several varieties of very high quality Marijuana and found that it does nothing for his CH. The ONLY things that haves worked for his CH are the psychedelics.Â

Very interesting, Jordan. LSD is taken in doses from about 100-1000 MICROgrams; BOL from about 2-3 MILLIgrams. So, BOL is given in doses weighing between about 2x and 30x that of LSD. I'll be curious to hear how much, in grams, of your "weak," dried shrooms you can comfortably dose with and not go beyond a level 2. Much more curious how a larger dose of weaker shrooms effects busting. Good luck. Please keep us informed. Dan Unless impossible for some reason, I'd grow 2 batches simultaneously; one with the old spores and one with some new ones. Ron

Too bad cannabis is a trigger for so many folks.

More than anything this Thanksgiving, we are grateful to all the wonderful, generous, caring folks who visit this website and daily fight the good fight against the CH monster. We have a big family and every Thanksgiving go from person to person around the room telling what we're most thankful for. Last Thanksgiving, one of my little nephews stood up and without hesitating said that he was most thankful for cheese.

Concerning ergometrine and small "thingys" in males: I'll bet I've been getting that stuff in my drinking water for most of my life! Damn!
