Way to take the "Bull by the horns", Tuckerman. Damnit, we are a mixed crowd of intelligent and responsible people who deserve a shot at PF life! (As does every, fecken human being on this big ass dirtball that we live on!) ClusterHeads UNITE! Wow, that felt GOOD!

I have mildly, studied Hinduism and have even taken yoga classes with my wife. Amazing stuff! Even the music group Muse states that nobody would be afraid to die if we all learned how to open our third eye. I haven't reached any meditative chakra levels yet but fully intend to start studying up on it more, while practicing Tai Chi, as well. I would like to incorporate them into some mind-body classes with my personal training programs.

Awesome movie! Interesting info CHFather, I'll have to google Dr. Kudrow later. And yes spiney, I always wondered if I had pissed somebody off in another life, because why else would somebody all the way to the age of an eight years old do to deserve this torture!

It sure would be nice to know which celebrities actually have this debilitating condition.

It got me for a minute. I thought they were taking about the actor, not the character. My oldest daughter is a Huge fan.

Harry Potter's worst foe is the beast (sort of)! Who Knew? http://www.everydayhealth.com/headache-and-migraine/0207/harry-potters-pain-is-medical-not-magical.aspx?xid=tw_everydayhealth_20120207_harrypotter

It has worked for me on several occasions but as the beast usually likes to twist the game, it does work every time.

Thank you everybody, Yes, very outnumbered but still grateful. Sorry Ron, Baby factory went out of business right after #4. ;D We might adopt in future but but 4 is the limit for now. The two older are my Bonus-Daughters and the 2 Littles are my bio-turds uhhhh (I mean daughters). ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :D :D Cute Bug-in-a-Rug with the Mocha Joe, bb!

Raising 4 girls while living with CH's. FUNNNNNNNNNNNN! :D :D :D :D :D :D

That is very reassuring! I also like thebb's statement on free speech. Kudos!

I agree thebb! I personally have found relief without having to bust. Yet, I feel that it is not fair that anybody else has to hide their medicine regardless of what it is. I will stand up and help my fellow CH brethren. I don't have much but I will help with whatever I can.

Right On thebb! Hi Ting, It could be what Brew had mentioned about a (safe form) vasoconstrictor being the better route for you. The beast loves to be illusive, thats for sure.

ahh,...ok. Just bare with me, for my in-depth researching is fairly new and initiated through some of the great minds from this sight. I'm wondering, though, if directly after you work out (momentary) and leech out those elements that your unsuccessful o2 treatment is before you replenish your reserves.  Also, low amounts of molybdenum is known to limit your body's processing of iron. I can only imagine the frustration of grabbing that mask with confidence and then not get any results. I always remembered that, through my years of painting houses in the summer and after sweating all day; working really hard, I was usually guaranteed a visit by the Beast towards the end of the day. Especially on the hotter days.Â

You are very Noble, Sir!

LOL, Bejeeber. That's great! It's like a blast from the past, man!

You are welcome. I would suggest seeing a your doctor or a licensed nutritionist to find out if you are deficient and if supplements are necessary. I could be wrong but off of the top of my head that is where I would say to start. (Process of elimination). I also, think it could tie in conjunction with Les's statement about the high amounts of cardio because you tend to lose trace amounts iron and other minerals through sweat including: potassium, copper, zinc, magnesium, sodium and calcium.Â
-
Just a reminder ( I and not a licensed expert [Yet], but I am working on it.) It could be limiting your hemo/myoglobin development, in turn, affecting your O2 transport. Foods like beans and meats carry good amounts of this, peculiar mineral. The RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for the average adult female of 18 or older, is set at 18mg. Yet, the body can absorb it easier from meat, rather than plant sources. Hang in there Ting, because with all of our great minds together, one way or the other, we will eventually get to the bottom of it. Because that's how we roll!!!

How is your iron intake? Do you bruise easier than before?
-
Noooo.....don't go back to smoking. I quit after 16 years of it, as well. I'm sorry that you having a tough time and I'm boggled as much as you about your dilemma. I wonder if it maybe it could be a gas exchange issue pertaining to your iron intake and hemoglobin transport. Not totally sure, but maybe something to look into. Positive thoughts are being sent your way! :) ;) :) 8-)

Hi Tim and Linda. I joined CB around October and couldn't be happier. Awesome people with awesome advice! I have found complete relief through the D3 regimen and am currently studying the miraculous vitamin/hormone in my Nutrition and Wellness course for school (personal training). I'm sorry that you are experiencing pain so I am sending positive thoughts your way and hope you find relief soon. Brad
