  1. ........MY BERFDAY YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!" :D :D :D :D ;) ;) :) :)
  2. Thank you, CHFather and Alleyoop. I knew you would deliver a more thorough and formal introduction. I'm buried in a book today catching up on homework so I can only have brief visits. You are in great company here, Evo (especially with these two gentlemen). There are many ways to attack our collective pain and get your life back on track. Good Luck!
  3. I was told they were sinuses for about 15 years, as well. I was given a gamete of unnecessary meds. You have stumbled upon a great site with great people. Welcome!
  4. Have you Tried the D3 Regimen,yet?
  5. Hi Renee. During every cycle I can remember thanking myself for not owning a gun. I can't even fathom how many times that dark thought has run through my, searingly painful head. Have you tried the D3 regimen (with fish oil and cal cit), yet? It has worked wonders for me and I have found that eating Vit K2 containing foods like hard cheeses (romano) and fermented foods (sour kraught) along with a list of others, helps with proper transport and absorption (kinda like a buddy messenger system). I have finally started my Wellness and Sports Nutrition course on Monday, so I will keep everyone posted on if and when I stumble upon anything useful. Never give up and take back control of your life.Â
  6. I didn't get to see the entire episode but I saw enough to be extremely proud. You did a fantastic job. I am tired of the scoffs when I say the word headache as if to say "what's the big deal?" Thank you very much for representing us the way you did, KUDOS!!!
  7. That is what ALWAYS happened to me. Withut saying a word, I would sometimes go a couple of days PF. But as soon as I even uttered my good fortune I would be slammed with one within a couple of hours. I feel for ya. Positive thoughts are being sent your way. Lieutenant told me that I would look back and laugh. He was right. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and in more forms than one. D3+O2=Friggin Awesome!!!
  8. Happy Holidays to all! Thank you for all of your help. The D3 Regime is working so well that I am on the same O2 Tank for almost 2 months now. I didn't want to jinx my PF streak but I fully believe this has been the miracle I have been searching for my whole life. Thank you all and have a Gnarly New Year!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. I like to spend time with my family, study a little quantum physics (Hawkings and Planck), reflexology, watch comedies, workout, jog, bike ride, yoga, tai chi, camping and many more. Now with my newfound freedom I can start to be more focus more energy towards my extra interests and hobbies. Thanks Guys!
  10. Wow! Great leads, everybody. I plan to get the ball rolling on this, right away. Thank you!
  11. The amount of energy and money I have wasted on this crap through the years has left me nearly financially crippled and mentally exhausted. Where would one start looking for this program?
  12. You have my best wishes!!! No matter how bad it gets, always remember that there are many people who care about you and are always ready to lend an ear (eyes [text] ) for venting. You seem to me that you are one Hellova Tuff Cookie. There is a light at the end of the CH tunnel.
  13. Most certainly right, sir! If I would not have found you guys, I dread to think where I would typically be in this time line of my cycle. For the first time in my entire life, I feel like I actually have control of the beast. I NEVER would have considered D3 or cal cit. Well this turkey isn't going to carve itself. Enjoy today and every day after!!! .
  14. Have a happy a great and appreciative Thanksgiving Day! Aside from our collective woes, I'm sure we all still have much to be thankful for. Much Love and respect to all!!
  15. Wow!!! Top shelf, Agent Orange. Very well put and certainly a great lead towards getting to the root of the problem! Yeah, Pixie-Elf, That's how it was for the Amitriptaline that was given to me. It just made things worse. This D3b regimine I am on seems to be working quite well. Huge gap in between hits and mild at that . O2 takes care of the rest. Only used one injection so far. Almost too good to be true. It's kinda empowering in a way, but I don't wanna jinx it.
  16. I apologize. I have had many doctors give me lots of unnecessary meds for most of my life and it just strikes a nerve, with me. I'm even pursuing my doctorate and I refuse to behave in that manner with my clients. I am seeking to specializing in integrative medicine and I will build a rapport with my clients with open ears and understanding. Back on topic, as well, I am interested on having my testo levels checked. In your article Alleyoop,do males actually posses FSH and estrogen levels? I haven't covered that in school, yet.
  17. Sorry about the few typos. I just woke up and I feel for ya Pixie-Elf. They sometimes chap my a#s!
  18. It seems that many physicians are so full of their own ego they don't want to here a patient suggest that they have a bit of knowledge on their condition then. They tend to become a legend in their own mind, which is actually causing more harm then good. The statistics on diagnoses and medicals errors are staggering. They need to get over themselves and open their ears and minds. But that's just my opinion. > :-[
  19. Well said, Ricardo. I am curious about biofeedback, as well. With a little discipline and practice with this technique, we should be able to relieve several types of headaches (not totally sure about CH) and even eliminate certain addictions (smoking, over-eating, etc.), I have only glazed over it and the machines involved, but it sounds promising and I fully intend to research it further.

    Hello

I know that I am already married but I think I'm gonna ask my O2 tank to marry me. I LOVE it!

    Hello

Ahhh, duly noted. I do like how refreshed I felt after the o2, also. So many benefits. As much as I HATE this curse, I am starting the think that it has also helped to to have a passion for something (finding a cure) and also the great people that I have met along the way. Thanks guys!
