  1. Well I'm now on Day 6 of the Vit D Regimen. I began with only 40,000IU of Vit D/day along with 400mg Magnesium, 1200mg. fish oil (still waiting on Multi-vitamin delivery). CH episodes yesterday where confined to only 4 KP-1's compared to for example 10 visits ranging from KP-4 thru 6. Last night was the first evening and early morning hours that I did not have any episodes. What a relief after a 2 1/2 month ordeal. I'm praying for this relief to continue on so I can get back into my normal retirement regime and get back to my pilate classes, which I miss immensely. The reason I began on only 40,000IU of Vit D daily was because I had not had my blood tested previously. I'll make a phone call today and get that scheduled. Have a great day and thank you so much. 2. As a note, leaning forward, hands or elbows on the knees is also known as a tripod position, it does help open airways and is one position someone in an asthma attack assumes for the same reasons.

  3. Hey THMH, I doing well. I have dodged a couple of CH bullets (your advice has been great). My first attempt at farming had a lot to be desired, as with everything CH, it is a learning process.

  4. I have feared the empty tank for years. Also, it made me a bit nuts when it was empty. However, there is a way to get some more O2 out of the welding tanks at least. Without the regulator, open the valve. I always hear a lot of O2 coming out with the regulator removed. In fear of running out one night, I took two garbage bags and set up a redneck bag. Just a garbage bag with a corner cut off to slip in the top and shoulder of a 2 liter bottle that I cut off. Then tape up the bottom so the bag is sealed except for the bottle opening. I held the opening of the two liter to the output of the tank and filled the garbage bag. It easily filled three bags with O2 left over. Those fluffy bags were waiting for me when I needed them. The bags do leak, so you may need to top them up so they last over a day. ATB!

  7. I think my statement stands on its' own validity. 'Gang' means everyone - you included. It is not because I do or do not believe in your method. I have not tried and have no opinion at all. As a treatment, it works for you. And may for others. I support any treatment that is not harmful and helps anyone with CH. It is your rude responses that are the problem. And assumptions you are making as well.

  10. Batch, I wanted t let you know that I started your D3 regimen back in July 2016. It took about 4 weeks before anything happened and although I was discouraged, because some have reported relief much quicker, I stuck with it. I have not had a CH in nearly 3 years! In the decade prior to starting the regimen, I had never gone more than 15 moths without a cycle. I have had many shadows over the past 3 years but never had a CH materialize. I have found that, for me anyway, it really does not matter the brand of vitamin that I use. So long as they are the 5,000 IU D3 and 500mg of Magnesium. I just wanted to share on here, to everyone, and thank you. You have changed my life in a way that I can never repay. Here's to many more years of relief! Thanks, buddy!
