  2. Glad we got that cleared up....I was feelin old too T!! Lol! Jilly, there's a thread on clusterheadache.com with a printable "letter to employers and colleagues"     http://www.ouch-us.org/chgeneral/colleagueletter.htm     most of em still won't totally get it, but sadly, I'm afraid that's a reality of CH!! I'll second the new doc for O2 or gettin my own welding O2 set up for sure!! O2 completely changed the way CH affected my life!! Lots of folks have been successfully using welding O2 for a long time without any ill side effects and it's real cheap compared to medical O2 and Trex!! The age of the "alt meds" would make them questionable in my mind.... Welcome to the community Jilly!  Sending PF thoughts and wishes your way. Dallas Denny

  19. Hell, I'm not really sure Dan.....got this from Erowid: To quote Terence McKenna, "The feeling of doing DMT is as though one had been struck by noetic lightning. The ordinary world is almost instantaneously replaced, not only with a hallucination, but a hallucination whose alien character is its utter alienness. Nothing in this world can prepare one for the impressions that fill your mind when you enter the DMT sensorium." The smoked DMT experience is short, but generally incredibly intense. Onset is fast and furious, sometimes compared to being launched from a cannon. It is a fully engaging and enveloping experience of visions and visuals which varies greatly from one individual to the next. Users report visiting other worlds, talking with alien entities, profound changes in ontological perspective, fanciful dreamscapes, frightening and overwhelming forces, complete shifts in perception and identity followed by an abrupt return to baseline. Because of the nature and intensity of the experience, users are almost always seated or lying down with someone nearby to take the pipe as the experience begins. Intense and varied visuals are common. Onset # When smoked, DMT generally reaches full effects within 10-60 seconds of inhalation. Duration # The primary effects of N,N-DMT last approximately 5-20 minutes when smoked. For many people there is an additional period of time (1-2 hrs) before fully returning to baseline. Some people find DMT experiences difficult to integrate and experience unsettling thoughts and feelings for days after use. ......uhh....thanks, but no thanks!!! I'm havin heart palpitations just freakin thinkin about going from zero to a level 5 and beyond in 10 - 60 seconds and then back to zero again in 20 minutes!!!! :D DD
