  1. Ginger!! Tea, candy, chews, etc. Ginger is great for shadows.

  2. I'm not big on the taste of ginger but it works pretty well for shadows and to some degree I think it helps keep the cluster bunny at bay with higher doses (2,000 mg or so). I use this product on a daily basis, two 500mg am. and two 500mg pm. I eat a keto friendly yogurt prior to the am dose as they are a bit hard on the stomach. You should be able to pick this up at a local supplement shop or at least something comparable.

  4. Could also try real Frankincense oil drip on the tongue, that has helped me just as good as the energy drinks.

  5. Monster, redbull, 5hr drinks all can help and tend not to keep people awake when used for clusters. You can also try strong coffee at room temp, ginger tea, candy or chew fresh. feet in very hot water and ice pack on your head on the cluster side. hyperventilating like you have your oxygen tank on full blast. Vigorous exercise like pushups, running jump n jacks. Any one of the things listed can help but can also make it worse, only you know your system but try it all out and find something that will help out as much as you can. Best of luck to you

  7. FunTimes gave you the 'full' list to work from. Caffeine and ginger are at the top for most of us I think. Just hit it at the first twinge. I bet you will be a Happy Guy when that O2 arrives tomorrow! As suggested, some of the tricks will work for you and some will make it worse. You have to sort that out yourself. Hang in there, Wednesday is coming!!!

  8. Are you asking if you will need more and more of the vitamins dose over time? Likely not. You may need to up your D temporarily at times, but then you take it back down. The others have remained the same. I've been taking it for years now and never an issue with needing to add more except D during certain times of year. So, not a worry.

  9. You see those nice Medical O2 tanks on my deck? THEY WERE FREE!!!!! Yes. I saw my Neuro last week and requested a script for O2. He gladly obliged and WE filled out a form. Our local O2 carrier is Lincare. The form has a bunch of questions unrelated to Clusters, so we left those blank. There were a lot of blanks! It stated ' minimum of 15LPM with a non-rebreather mask for 15 minutes, as needed for Cluster Headache'. My delivery came in 24 hours!! They will bring however much I require every week. 'How long does one tank last for you? How many next week?' So, should you need it and you are on Medicare, you can now receive it!! I am in heaven. Also in cycle, but this project makes it SOOOO worth the pain. I am delighted to have this cycle and uncover this stupid mystery we have been wondering about. Thanks to all of those who were able to attend 'Headache on the Hill'!!! WE WON!! Ok, time for a massive HAPPY DANCE. Yes, I will Pin this!
