I have had that happen as well, the beast fights back in strange ways. If he is getting hit hard go ahead and dose after 5 days if it continues.

RC seeds stands for rivea cormbosa seeds and hbwr stands for Hawaiian baby wood rose seeds. Both are legal to purchase, what you do with them after that is your decision. Start off by reading the threads that have to do with rc seeds under the busting category on the home page (mine is "and so my experiment begins" another is RC seeds my story by AO). You can buy the seeds on line at a few different sites and again you can find them in those threads plus others. Patience and persistence is the key, I have been busting for 2 1/2 months and have only gotten to complete PF status the last few weeks. However frequency and intensity lessened after 3rd dose. Welcome to your new family; as you are guided by the many wonderful people here you will see what I mean. David

Out of curiosity what was the flow rate and type of mask you were using? Most of us need at least 15lpm with a non re breather mask for any relief.

CL, Ditto Dallas Denny, read, read, read, and get 02. We have many who have been down the route who will be here to help once you feel you are ready to detox from any meds you may be on. This is not an easy road but it is a worthwhile endeavor and a life changer for may of us. I will keep an eye out for your posts and jump in when I think i can help. David

Great news, stay away from the beer as long as possible ( I speak from personal experience). It will still be there when he is completely out of cycle

It could get you through the next few weeks, also I always call my Dr and tell him "there back" and he will call in an 02 script and then see me when he can.

Jeff, Please do NOT attempt to bust without 02. While busting is extremely effective the initial post dose hits after your first 1 or 2 can be very extreme and without 02 you are going to want to run back to your meds. Get an 02 script ASAP with at least a 15LPM prescription. If you have medical insurance you will be good to go (in most cases), insist your 02 company find you a regulator that goes that high or higher if possible if not check out e-bay or PM Jayhedges. There is no way I would have made it through my bust without it and I was pretty much an imitrex junkie. Good luck, read a lot and feel free to ask lots and lots of questions. David

Angel, Maybe a little nausea but most do not get sick. A little lemon squirted tin the water during the soak helps. Most of us believe in drinking the sludge, that is the hardest part. If you need anymore tips just let me know. Good luck. David

I am at the end of my first bust (RC seeds mostly) and I too am curious what the protocol is once in remission. You will get help soon, there are a lot of wonderful experienced people here.
