    Say What!?

This is very interesting, Renée. After years of thinking on the subject myself, I have come to believe that there is a certain number of lessons to be learned on Earth. Some lives give us one lesson, some two..., and once one approaches.... uhhhm wisdom (wathever the name... the final part of our soul's path), we need to fill in many little lessons missed along the way that wouldn't be enough to fill just one life; also when reaching that stage, one can "take more", so we chose lives that are packed with hardship, ordeal (not sure what the right word is for French "épreuves"). Discovering these past weeks that hypothalamus could be related to CH, and that hypothalamus could be involved (according to many mystic Web sites I seen) with communicating with beyond, hereafter (l'au-delà ), mediums... (it's the third eye), well, discovering this, and realizing I could have cured myself easily when I was 18-25 with then very available LSD and shrooms but for some reason was kept away from that finding for 32 years... finding much, much wisdom in this clusterheads community... psychedelics being associated for ages to “another” perception... and I discovered myself how CH can also do that (I posted a paragraph or two about this here somewhere)... everything seems to be linking and connecting as one. I don't know... it's very strange. I'll turn 50 in a few days. I'm living important events in my life too since a few days... Everything, all my life, seems to be heading in a rush into an information and wisdom flow main collector, feeling somewhat like the Beast rising and pounding slowly but surely up my neck... The seeds help controlling, but I feel the beast still there, pounding as I type. But I can ride it... It seems to lead to... I feel things connecting. I don't know much about Harry Potter, but it seems to me Mrs Rowling had done the right researches: Severe headaches and magic are related. Or am I too far gone? :-? hehe, I'll add this just for fun: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA0ygNuinG4&feature=related
  2. LOL ;D I imagine the neuro's face... It's funny and I don't know how to word it... With such poor data reasoning that neuro did, we can get to any theory... comes a time they fly down south... hmmm could it be: comes a time they find clusterbusters.com and the neuros never anymore hear about them.
  3. Hi brainpain, The basic concept of busting, correct me anyone if I'm wrong, came after someone claimed he took LSD and it ended his cycle. After a while, many others followed and discovered other substances also work. After many testimonies and some case study, it appears very clearly that psilocibyn (magic mushrooms), LSA, LSH... (flower seeds contain these LSD similar natural substances) and LSD all work very well as a busting agent. There are other substances that could also be busting agents, and these are all discussed here. I just busted (ended) my cycle (I'm episodic) with Rivea Corymbosa (RC) seeds. It took three busts, with 5 days in between each. Most people will start with around 20, 30, 40 seeds (RC that is). Myself, I took 60, 80, then 90 seeds, but the quality of seeds vary... I didn't get any psychedelic effect, or so little, but you could possibly get one from less seeds, I guess it depends on the seeds quality. I don't think anyone has had psychedelic effects from RC seeds here. Then there is also HBWR Hawaian baby wood rose seeds. There is much more LSA in them so you'd start with 3-4 seeds I think, and the shell of the seeds are somewhat toxic I think I have read. Then there is Morning glory seeds, these I think you'd need more like 200 I think to dose right for busting. Then magic mushrooms containing psilocybin, which could be the best busting agent according to many here. I had to detox from all the meds I was taking prior to busting, spending 5 hell-like days, and I got stronger headaches the day after busting, but had pain free days after, then a 2nd bust, then a 3rd, then I'm pain free. I think RC seeds is the simplest and cheapest way to start busting. It really works. Then you take maintenance doses through the year to keep the cycles away. Feel free to ask for details, and read the board, use the search tool... Just post your questions or where you're at, and you will get support. :-)
  4. Agreed. And about cannabis, most people here will tell you to avoid it as it is a trigger. I partially agree. An older thread on this was bumped up recently: http://www.clusterheadaches.com/cb/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1274593344/25#25 Different people, different reactions to it. I personnally can't see it as an abortive nor preventive but rather an ease to live through between hits kind of. more details on this thread. RC seeds did the trick for me. It took three busts. It's been 7-8 days since the last bust and I'm thinking about a 4th bust as I feel the beast trying to come back alive deep down.
  5. Hmm, I googled LSD in Google Actuality and I found interesting results. Le Monde, very serious and renowned newspaper in Paris, France, has an article talking also of Dr Nutt's research, but gives more links to more details and info about psilo research. I list most of them afterwards (papers in English). But the last link is very interesting as this other article by Le Monde on psilo tells about a group of French searchers trying to find a psilo based med with no hallucinations for Alzheimer (sort of equivalent to 2-Bromo LSD I guess). One of the searchers says: Chez la souris, les premiers résultats sont assez encourageants, On mice, the first results are pretty encouraging. I also found out there is LSD on the streets still, since I caught articles about police busts finding LSD close to here, in Philly and in France http://bigbrowser.blog.lemonde.fr/2012/01/24/naturel-les-champignons-hallucinogenes-remedes-contre-la-depression/ http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/could-magic-mushrooms-help-the-fight-against-depression-6293679.html http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-16678322 '>http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/9034669/Magic-mushrooms-could-treat-depression.html http://www.lemonde.fr/planete/article/2011/10/28/une-rehabilitation-difficile_1595139_3244.html
  6. Thanks Ajax I just sent these links and the NatGeo Preview and You tube to Yahoo News. It seems to me it's the kind of news Yahoo catches on the fly usually. But I sent it to Yahoo Québec, that's in French. I invite anyone to do the same to all Yahoo News services. I don't know if all USA is covered by just one Yahoo service, but we have our own here ;-). I think the more this kind of news spreads out to general public, the better chances we stand gaining interest and... I intend to also feed the more official local newsrooms and a scientific radio show on national radio here Everyone: spread the word. Medias copy one another. Once the wheel is rolling, keep it...
  7. Very understandable for chronics, but episodics? I never gave CH much thought before these past weeks, but now that I read, search, look back at my life... depression, sleep disorder, attention-deficit disorder... seem to have links with CH. It's all starting to make sense.
  8. Fantastic news [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif], I'll spread the word. If anyone finds a link to the video...
  9. Cool, thanks for the link. I wonder how many of us are also affected by depression BTW.
  10. Just read this thread and thought I'd bump it up a little as I'm still wondering myself if I should tell my neuro at all I have been using RC seeds. I'm seeing her in a month.

    Legal fund

Nice idea, I'm in, but I'm kind of broke... maybe I could sell my Zomig spray and verapamil ;D
  12. I emailed TrancePlants about high ratio of floating RC seeds and they answered swiftly. They intend to re-evaluate their new incoming batch of RC and report by posting here. They didn't know about the water glass test, they find it makes good sense, and assure they do all is possible to ensure best quality of their products.
  13. I dosed twice (RC seeds), and it took 4 days after the second dose to say I was completely back to normal... and it was a bit bold to claim I was PF a few days ago... I am totally pain free most of the day, but still get heavy reminders lasting a few seconds, and other weird feelings in my neck... Last night was my first complete night of sleep without awakening to any pain at all, and that's 5 days after 2nd dose, but transition from sleep to awake was like a windy small plane landing this morning... I feel every dose helps healing and it seems it takes a few days to work into our system. I will dose a 3rd time today, 6 days after 2nd dose.
  14. Hi devilhead, I understand your urge, I had the same 10 days ago. I ordered 500 Rivea Corymbosa seeds at trance-plants, the link kaboom pasted earlier. It was very quick for me (35 hours) 'cause they happen to operate in my state (my province), in Canada. Xpress post COD discreet order. Their prices are very good, but 40% of the seeds are not good in the batch I got, well so far anyways, because they float in water. I'm newbie here therefore I'm not an expert for the links to shops, but I know this other one: http://www.iamshaman.com/eshop/10Browse.asp?Category=Rivea%20corymbosa Their prices are a bit higher but I spose quality is better. It's fairly easy and only the act of ingesting the LSA contained in the seeds is bit out of the law, otherwise, they are garden flower seeds. I suggest you order the seeds as soon as possible, and as for preparation, I'm sure many will chip in their help, but what I can tell you for now is you need as much as possible to be clean from all meds for 5 days before ingesting the seeds. I took 60 good seeds the 1st time, 90 the second time, but most people here will tell you that was a big start up dose. I was ready to face psychedelic consequences but didn't feel much of anything at all, except nausea (don't use the floating ones, it helps for that
  15. yes, I'd say maybe up to 35-40% are floaters. It was my 1st purchase of RC ever. Well the remaining worked, so I'd say it was a good buy anyways [smiley=thumbup.gif]. Fast delivery.
  16. Cigarettes have been part of my CH abort procedure for years. I didn't know nicotine was vasoconstrictor. If you stoped smoking, Tingeling, be aware that an e-cig would put you back under the addiction of nicotine. Well I think so.
  17. well it's good to know there is LSD available somewhere, but silkroad seems complex, expensive and surely it is monitored and tracked. Actually, I couldn't even find the Web site that seems to change URL often (I found only Web sites that tell about silkroad). I think I'll stick to RC seeds: I'm PF this morning. It worked!!! Rivea Corymbosa seeds are a good busting agent.
  18. Well Grand mal... never heard that, I still can't get what you mean. See correction to my post above Do you mean epilepsy? An epileptic seizure?
  19. Ah no. Thanks bb. These would refer to seizure of a good (house, car...) by the court of justice. Grand mal, oh, seems medical term for epilepsy. Hmmm looks like we don't have an equivalent word. Wikipedia sends me to "convulsion'" when I switch seizure to French. Would seizure and convulsion be synonyms? Is this...? : Non-epileptic seizures are paroxysmal events that mimic an epileptic seizure but do not involve abnormal, rhythmic discharges of cortical neurons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-epileptic_seizure
  20. 1st time I read this thread tonight. The only head trauma I can remember I could have had was a slapshot in the face when I was 14 while goaltending (ice) hockey practice. I was unconscious for IDK, ten seconds? Cheap goalie masks back then. The only thing treated was my split lip (3 stitches). Concussion wasn't checked (concussions didn't seem to exist in hockey then, there is a new case every week in the NHL nowadays...) But I started my CH 4 years after so I can't see a link. My brother and my nephew have CH, my bro started at 42, episodic, my nephew at around 20, chronic but daily low dosage of verapamil gets him completely PF. Recreational drugs from age 15, 12-15 LSD trips between 15 and 18 years old. Regular pot smoker ever since (moderate). Cigarette smoker since 15. I scored 23 on the asperger test. I've always been a loner, and sessions with a psychologist since 2008 made me realize I have always been depressed. No energy. Lazy. My psy says it's not normal a child or teen would be lazy, no energy. The thread on testosterone on CH.com was a revelation for me: from what I read, it would explain low energy, depression, no muscular development, difficulties learning, somehow, well so my psy says. All clusterheads appear to me to have higher intelligence... When I was a child (4 to 8 yrs old), I used to experience every night what I identified later as mystical episodes, when I read somewhere that children may still connect with previous lives or rather states of being prior to birth (IDK how else to say). It was so out of this world, I still remember well... Well searching on hypothalamus the other day, I fell on this mystic Web site that linked the hypo to mystical experiences, encounters, mediums... Just throwing all this at yous. I really don't know... At least twice, after a Kip 9-10, I swear I floated a couple minutes above my body and saw myself lying down. What do you mean exactly by seizure? My Engl-French dict isn't clear about that word.
  21. evolution, for the very vast majority of us, alcohol is a no-no during a cycle, a for sure trigger within 5-10 minutes of the first sip. Myself, just thinking of alcohol gets me a shadow. But when I'm out of the cycle, I can drink all I want. Some of us like to do the 'beer test' to check if the cycle is over. Myself, I'm not that adventurous and wait many weeks after the end of a cycle before trying any alcohol. Some clusterheads claim that alcohol is not a trigger for them. I have a hard time believing that. Apparently, darker alcohol are worst (red wine, whiskey...), but I never tested this very much. I just stay away from any alcohol when in a cycle.

    Hello

Absolutely not, and I'm sure you will get full support from everyone here whatever way you chose to try to reach pain free days (PFD). But for your information, there is also, http://www.clusterheadaches.com/ where more conventional ways of fighting the beast are discussed
  23. definitely makes a difference, almost no nausea this time. Feeling the seeds working the headaches out, feels good. So light psy effect almost unnoticeable.
  24. For the records, I'm just out of my neuro's office. I'm very happy I got what I actually wanted: a hormones count blood test prescription. Also the D3 vitamins test as suggested by Batch from CH.com, and while we're at it she said, why not check cholesterol, kidneys, liver... Sure. The more info, the better. As for O2, she confirmed what I tought: at that clinic, O2 is for chronics mostly, but I could have got it if I had insisted. I declined, since I feel either my cycle is ending, either I succeeded busting (I'm busting a 2nd time as I write btw). Besides a Kip 5 last night, slight shadows, I feel I'm coming out of this once again somehow and can start living again. Well we'll see. I managed to work my way not telling my neuro I had stopped verapamil and lithium. She didn't take my pulse, if so she would have known. She believes verapamil/lithium/Zomig nasal spray is the basic treatment and that if that works, why change?
