You don't need the humidifier buddy . 15lmp regulator should do you . But if you can get 1 that goes up to 25lpm that would be even better

My and the missus flown from UK to Mexico, Jamacia ,Mauritius ,Maldives which we're all over 9 hour flights , all flight we're when out of cycle as I won't fly when in cycle . I got hit once when we flow to Mexico , my missus is very cautious when we fly and always make sure I travel with triptan injections so when I got hit I injected aborted the attack , I was worried the flight had brought on a cycle but it hadn't we landed and we we're able to enjoy are holiday

I'm useless with technology lol Bosco what a lovely photo. . That brings back some really happy memories. When I first joined Army in 1985 I join the junior Leaders instead of 12 weeks training it's 12 months training , the idea of the 12 months training is you fast track through the ranks lol that didn't happen with me I only made it to l/col, that's another story ., but anyway whilst in the junior Leaders we had the opportunity to ride .I'd never sat on a horse in my life but thought I'd give it a go .wow I loved it rode every weekend for the whole 12 months whilst I was training . Haven't ride for about 9 years know but it is my intention to get my daughter riding it's a great hobbies

I only use the red bull of a night time to be fair as Its faster to get to . During day attacks I'm always on the black coffee . As for how many don't keep count . Just use them when under attack . But don't touch coffee any other time or energy drinks any other time
