Just had a read of you last post about inflamation in migraine again interesting read . I agree with it I have cut all sugar out of my diet due to it being an inflamitary

D3 has helped for sure pain levels down and amount of attacks down

Again really interesting reading buddy . I've been on varap but had heart block at 480 mg so that's why they put me on topiramate

Energy drink work well buddy doesn't it . I never knew about it till I found this forum . Plus a good strong black coffee works for me !!! I

Interesting read . So really as I've said to my Neuro topiramate is really only any good for migraine prevention not CH , and as I don't suffer from migraine it's doing F all for me apart from messing my head up !!!!!

The trouble with Amy was she had to many people leading her the wrong way . To many hanger on's just after her money and wanting her fame . She just felt unloved and used . Which is as shame because she was so loved by the British public . But used and abused by her so called friends

As for meds for CH borrowed i keep telling my Neuro this he keeps telling me that I'm wrong !!!! But I've also told him that he is a jumped up f---ing a---hole that he know nothing about CH and he doesn't want to know anything about CH and that he would be a lot happier if I wasn't his patient

I'm lucky well I think I'm lucky .i do only suffer from CH episodic , and your rite it's my worry that it turns to CCH which is where I'm at know we think !!!!! My last meeting with my Neuro last week was going that way . But I will cross that bridge when I come to it I guess . I'm already on D3 regime which has really helped so much . Pain levels have come down so much

Juss I can agree with everything you say about the topiramate side affects it's screwing my head my memory is shit know and my aggression us off the wall as for my sex life well what is that !!!!! Lol .I've got 2 weeks of the s--t things left then I'm ditching them . My missus thinks I should keep taking them bless her so just gonna keep getting them off doc then gonna flush down the toilet every morning

I've been on topiramate for about 8 years know like kids has said need to drink loads of water of you really do piss stones and that really does hurt . But I can't say that it's really helped me with my CH I have skipped a couple of cycles in that time but I don't know if that's down to the Toptrimate. I'm in a major S--t cycle know have been since end of July.
