Vipul so glad you have found that the 02 works for you buddy . It defiantly makes life more bearable. It took me years for my Neuro to priscibe it for me . It will become your best friend for life my friend. . I told my missus the other day that if any1 tried to take it off me know I'd probably comit murder .

I can understand you being worried about the trip . I'm 53 and really don't want to be tripping myself .As CHfather said RC seeds have zero trip effect , but also I'm not trying to push you in to it just saying it's worked so well for me and many other . Plus I'm in a lot better place mentally I don't have such bad PTSD my head space seems to be in a lot better place .I know I've got my o2 to abort attacks but know I feel I have a tool that gives me long periods of pain free days whilst I'm in the joys of a cycle . I've not used it before a cycle yet but I will be doing that when I come out of this cycle in in at present . I just feel so much more at ease about the whole CH hell I'm in

Juss you didn't cause anything buddy as I said we we're having a good in depth adult conversation, I just think someone took it the wrong way and took the opportunity to attack for no reason , but again people have the right to say what they like as long as they are willing to except that everyone else has the right to say what they like .my only limit on that is if it becomes racist. Bosco you really do need to give busting a go. I was really hesitant to give it a go , mainly down to my job , but i've had so many pain free day during this s--t cycle because of it, it has really been worth it

Juss I agree with your comment about over paid sport's men and women , but on the other hand if someone cane up to you and offered you millions of pounds a year to kick or throw a ball around I don't think their are many people out their that would refuse . It's not the sport's persons fault at the end of the day buddy is it . The money in sport is down to TV rights and sponsorship. And as for journalist's and educators as Bosco has said they are told what to teach and what to report today that's just the way life is today buddy . Yes triptans can give you rebound attacks that are fair more painful plus can extent your cluster cycle buddy that's the reason I don't use them anymore

As long as I hit the o2 before attack hits it's peak the o2 always aborts my attacks and I've been using o2 for about 5 years know. But I also use energy drinks of a night time before i hit the o2 and black coffee during the day before I hit the o2

My Lpm is only 15 and it works fine for my so don't panic if you can't find one at 25lpm buddy

But please don't switch yourself off from the modern world as you have to live within it, as Bosco has said time moves forward we have no control over that buddy and I'm afraid we as human beings have to move forward with it

You don't need the humidifier buddy . 15lmp regulator should do you . But if you can get 1 that goes up to 25lpm that would be even better

My and the missus flown from UK to Mexico, Jamacia ,Mauritius ,Maldives which we're all over 9 hour flights , all flight we're when out of cycle as I won't fly when in cycle . I got hit once when we flow to Mexico , my missus is very cautious when we fly and always make sure I travel with triptan injections so when I got hit I injected aborted the attack , I was worried the flight had brought on a cycle but it hadn't we landed and we we're able to enjoy are holiday

I'm useless with technology lol Bosco what a lovely photo. . That brings back some really happy memories. When I first joined Army in 1985 I join the junior Leaders instead of 12 weeks training it's 12 months training , the idea of the 12 months training is you fast track through the ranks lol that didn't happen with me I only made it to l/col, that's another story ., but anyway whilst in the junior Leaders we had the opportunity to ride .I'd never sat on a horse in my life but thought I'd give it a go .wow I loved it rode every weekend for the whole 12 months whilst I was training . Haven't ride for about 9 years know but it is my intention to get my daughter riding it's a great hobbies
