  1. ...intriguing indeed....thought about it a lot as the hits were inevitable and predictable damn near to the minute. excuse me mr. beast, i don't have time to screw around with you right now...but perhaps we could reschedule? ....played around with energy drink/caffeine and verapamil dose timing and seemed could shift timing a little bit....never enough to make it a worthwhile effort... ....brief flirtation with "stress mgmt" as stress was a prevent for me. nevermind the insanity it takes to actually even consider finding stressful situations as a "therapy"....sheesh....silly me, the job was stressful enough... ....there were a few occasions over the yrs where a beer and its consequences were intentional...whether is was simply because i could not, at the moment, handle the dread of an upcoming hit.....or getting it over with as there would be a "free" time post. alas, the next hit became unpredictable....

  2. I forgot to tell you I was only able to upload picks by downloading pixlar it let's you choose the file size and of course you have to choose small but they upload no problemo..

  3. They do indeed have them. Apparently there were a few pairs used on the set (one was actually silver). I sure am glad that I visited in 2007 and had a chance to see and visit all the museums in NY. My favorite was the MASH sign as I have watched that show as a kid (had to make sure the generator had gas) or the solar panels had been in the sun all day . Looked just like it did on the boob tube. Special times. Uff I sound so old!! LOL..

Hi bosco , im the same i managed to bust mine with LSD had a few days pain free, thought id shut (not shit ) the beast away but he came back to hit me big time , not panicking about it gonna give busting another go but also now been on D3 for last 3 days . Keep smiling through you will get there as we all will

Trigeminal Demon Slayers/ Hypothalamus Hell Hole/ What about the scene from 'A Man Called Horse, with Richard Harris: When he is hung by hooks pierced through pectoral muscles as a ritual ceremony, but with CH attack the hooks are burning hot, then pushed from the back pf your head, through your eye, and are then turned like fishing hooks and pushed back out through your forehead, then held there for a few hours while the demon attaches the hooks to an electric current and zaps and pulls on the hooks, Welcome KIP 10, and then repeated every day, and night and day and night Repeat! Repeat Repeat! Repeat !!!!!!! GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr During the attacks I find if I do not lie down I am better, less blood to the head, with fewer jerks in my head and body convulsions. Also DO NOT touch or massage the skin or massage the bones (especially the Ocular , ) muuuuch better to just pace slowly and breath deeply Stay safe

  9. I've never tried to deliberately change attack time (I like routine). However I have noticed a few outside elements that have changed them. Unlike Jon my attacks can be started with stress, for instance getting into an argument about something you feel strongly about with someone you care about or a random night with foul sleep. When in cycle I get multiple attacks a day starting between 10 to 11 am lasts for one to two hours then back from 3 to 4pm. But if I'm stressed they come at a random. This also happens when not in cycle if induced by the above mentioned..

  11. Like @FunTimessaid. I often stay up to avoid more alarm clock attacks. For example tonight I went to bed after my regular 9pm ish attack. Woken up by 2 attacks and I decided to stay up to avoid more attacks. This usually prevents a few attacks. However it’s a 50/50 shot of avoiding what I call the first attack of the day my usual 6:00/7:00 attack.

  12. Chronic is a year with only 2 or 4 weeks pain free. Depending on which paper you read. So, stop sweating it. I had a dentist add a month to a cycle one year and a surgeon added 2 another. You get through it in one piece, dust off, and march forward. Grab some caffeine if possible and slam it down for the random mess. Carry ginger candy with you at all times and use it if needed. If the weather turns funky, you can get some hits. Not always a cycle by any means. The weather is going to shite? I hit the caffeine like I was still 25. Falling barometric pressure gets me a lot. As does pollen I am not accustomed to breathing. We need Dorothys' red shoes for you to click together!!! HUGS!!!

  13. I dont know about changing the times of attacks but I have just kept myself awake all night because I would get hit less then when I fell asleep. I don think that is what your looking for but its all I have for ya.
