Really I'm just going by what I've seen expert types say, such as is copied below, without having gone into a deep dive on the subject myself, so I would sure defer to @xxx in a heartbeat regarding this or anything else related to the D regimen. Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are better absorbed when you have them with a meal or snack that contains at least a teaspoon of fat (about 5 grams of fat). The same goes for your multivitamin, which contains these vitamins.

  3. Well leave it to me to fudge things up real good. I stopped the yogurt in the am because i was having a hard time getting it down I sorta knew i was doing things wrong so i suppose i have no one to blame. Sucks to be culpable in your own demise ...dang it! I've just been so scared to change things up while life was good that I've overlooked reality. Thanks for the response Jeeb.

  4. For what it's worth... I came off of it a few years ago after fully committing to M as my treatment method. I did a long taper. Feels good to not be on it, I wouldn't put the idea to bed entirely. Be well
