Not good buddy wish their was something positive i could say but trouble is their isn't. Its s--t . I know I shouldn't but I sometimes wish these so called neurologists could experience the pain we CH sufferers have to go through not just the pain but the everyday life we live with this S--t . Sorry like I said I shouldn't wish this on any1 but when you hear thing like this it makes your blood boil. Stay strong buddy thinking about you

Welcome to the community cursed . So glad you found us . But also sorry you had to . Spinny has given you a great intro to this forum as she always does . She is 1 great woman . lits alot to take in but you need everything you can get to beat the beast . The people on here are great they will give you great advice and support , and their is always some1 here willing to listen whenever you need to ket off a little

Hi sorry you have had to find us but as you can see you have already had some great advice from some of the great people on here . I will just add a little bit to the advice you have received. The shadows your getting can really get you down my advice is get some ginger capsules I take 2 a day and it keeps the shadows away . 1100 mg capsules can be brought off Amazon for £9.99 well worth the money .

I agree juss none of as are the same and we all have to find what helps simple as that . With this problem not 1 treatment Is right for Everyone . We all have to find what works for us indavidualy

Wow sorry juss I think you misunderstood my post . My understanding after suffering for 30 years with CH I and after seeing more than 7 different neurologist plus being inside a cat scanner numourous times and having thousands of different meds pumped in to my body by different doctors. I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing out there at present to help us. Every doctor , neurologist I have seen don't even understand the condition we suffer . . As for doping are ass and then repeating it . I've busted a couple of times and got great results pain free for days on end which has given me and my family are lives back . So with the choices out there at present I will take busting any day ., and I can still hold down a really good job at the same time

We have a new great song writer in UK I'm sure you have all heard of him . This 1 is all about a friend of his that passed away recently. Such a great tune

If you can get off the triptans get some o2 if you haven't already and really look in to th D3 regime its help so many people with CH . I know it's easier said than done with the samitriptan . I was the same it was the only thing I had prescribe by my neurologist. It took the pain away within 5 to 10 mins so I thought it was a God send but when I look back all it did was made my cycles more intense and prolonged the cycle

Hi Tamari 1100 ginger capsules 2 a day should do the trick to keep the shadows away . Just keep taking them during your cycle . I'm ECH and know don't suffer from the lingering shadow since taking them. Can get them on Amazon only £9.99 for 90 capsules
