Mild and mildew allergies over here are a thing that everyone knows are real (and probably knows someone severely affected by them) but no one "officially" wants to admit this - before they need to take down entire buildings and build new ones. But the admission is still local. Our meds are pretty strictly regulated over here, it looks like one can only get Trelegy for COPD in Finland and it is strictly prohibitied to use in asthma. I am managing quite well when I am able to stay in healthy spaces. Being stuffy during sleep is the biggest challenge CH wise. I'm doing very well atm on a bit higher dosed Batch regimen. You can read of suggestions for kat on her recent trip and what her experience was a little way down on the board. That has all the most current data already input kat92's post is two posts down from yours. You are currently in Asia and the return trip is the worry, correct? First off, search for and stash several Energy Shots if you can find them where you currently are! Sorry for the new cycle start Michael!! That really bites when on a trip! Do you have a doses pack of Prednisone? Can you get one? I would want that to use for a week and try to get a break in the cycle before or if that is too late, then anytime before flying! The highest dose is the first day and by the 2nd day, I am out of pain till the dose drops lower. It will provide you with a break from the cycle. More to follow I am sure.

@mikeh2017 hi! My flight was much much shorter than yours, only about 2.5 hours. So I am not sure if this would make a difference. I have a feeling you are more likely to get hit during take off and/or landing when there is a rapid altitude change. As opposed to once the plane has reached its cruising altitude. I had ice cold Red Bull ready with me. I also had no caffeine the day before each flight. I began the loading dose of the d3 regimen for a week prior to the flight. I think this particular bit helped tremendously. Also, I drank tons and tons of water to make sure I wasn’t dehydrated in any way. That is a big trigger for me. I took 2 500 mg Tylenol 30 min prior to take off and landing. I also dosed with shrooms about 2 or 3 times leading up to the trip. I’m not sure on what your access is via this route. It would help to note I am not currently IN cycle, but I have found that for me, even when I’m not in cycle I can trigger an attack. Drinking alcohol, not enough water, lack of sleep etc. I hope this helps!

US Conference is indeed in Florida. It's going to be in Disney Springs at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs September 7-10, 2023 and registration is opening very soon. We are just working through a couple last-minute details. When that happens, we'll shoot out an email and put a post up here in a separate thread, but you can look for it in the next few days.

I think I heard a rumor that the US conference this fall could be held in Orlando, FL. Don't quote me on it though. That would still be a good maybe 4.5 - 5 hour nonstop trip for @BoscoPiko I imagine.
