Hey ya'll! This is a copy and paste of a thread that "Hollywood Dan" posted in a facebook group this morning. Let me say in advance that there are some naysayers regarding this subject due to the docs past legal issues, and I respect those folks reservations but we all have to decide for ourselves to what lengths we're willing to go to tame or slay the beast so wanted to make sure this info is available here as well. "Jesus shot update. So far, I believe 5 chronics and one episodic have tried the shot. It's a 3 minute process consisting of 2 steroids and vitamin B12. Dr Mike Lonergan in Weatherford Ok came up with this anti-inflammatory shot, and says Jesus inspired it; thus the name. I'm patient #1.... I had my shot on 5-11-16 and went from daily and nightly screamers to completely pain free immediately. I have not had a hit since. I had 3 nights of shadows mid November and got another shot 11-21-16. No noticeable side effects other than an increased appetite, which is great for me. Patient #2 RL. Ryan went from CCH to completely pain free, having one hit the day after his shot. His headaches returned after four and a half months. He got a "pimply rash" that the doctor said isn't that unusual for a young guy full of testosterone. Patient #3. DE. David is chronic. He had the shot twice with no results. He is the only complete failure, which breaks my heart. Patient #4 ET. Eric took the shot several months ago and didn't get complete remission, although he did get some relief. He scheduled a second shot, which the doctor DOESN'T charge for. By the time he got his second shot, he had become completely pain free, but went ahead and got his second shot. He is still completely pain free. No side effects that I know of. Patient #5. VR. Vale is episodic. She got the shot a few months ago. She is in her longest remission in her 13 years of ECH. No side effects reported. Patient #6. VA. Virginia got the shot a few months ago, and like Eric, didn't get immediate results. She got a second shot at no charge and is now 100% pain free. She is enjoying Prosecco for the first time in years, as alcohol is a sure trigger for her. Sorry I don't have exact dates, which I would really like to have. I'm posting this because I am completely pain free and want others to give this shot a try, if they find they are out of options. The shot costs $300 and is not covered by insurance. Dr Mike was convicted of money crimes and is x con. That concerns me less than a pimple on my ass. I will defend him, as he has helped me and the others in a huge way." Dallas Denny

G'mornin jle! Welcome to the community but sorry you needed to join us! So, as Chf said, high flow O2 is a clusterheads best friend (lifesaver).....most of us require a min of 15 lpm delivered via a non rebreather mask to abort a hit.....I use welding oxygen and routinely abort hits in 5 to 8 minutes! Since your current doc already has you on some supplements, look into the vitamin D3 anti Inflammatory regimen.....this regimen requires ALL of the co factors to work but it is very effective for roughly 80% of clusterheads.....most of the co factors can be sourced at wally world but you can save substantially by ordering online from "piping rock"....you can start the regimen immediately but you should have your doc do blood work to determine your D3 level....normal parameters are 30 to 120 ng/ml (Mine was 19.9) but after reaching 80 to 85 ng/ml many folks report complete remission or see a reduction in the frequency and severity of hits! Also, as Chf shared, we have a longtime member who is a neurologist and professor in Boston.....I've had the pleasure of meeting him several times and he is a tireless advocate for the Clusterhead community!! More than happy to get you hooked up with him if you'd like. Finally, I know several clusterheads in NY, MA, and NH who have meet n greets on a regular basis....nothing like meeting another person that "gets it" and fully understands what you're dealing with....and, if you can find a way, join us in Chicago in Sept for our annual conference....we'll probably top 200 attendees...we had 185 this past September including folks from India, Scotland, and Norway! So sorry to read this Jerry! This is definitely a new scenario to me my friend! I know your daughter is a longtime clusterhead so if this isn't a symptom she's experienced in past cycles, I'm ditto for getting into a neuro for a consult ASAP!! DD

Hey John I've never isolated an individual trigger for the start of a cycle....my cycles usually begin between May and August, last 12 to 20 weeks, and are followed by a 12 to 18 month remission. I've been busting both as an abortive (in cycle) and a preventative for 7 years.....so far I've not been able to prevent a cycle nor have I been successful in completely aborting one BUT, my cycles are easier to deal with. Many report season and altitude changes as triggers. As to the D3 regimen, I know many folks who've had great success with it. I just recently had my levels checked...it came back at 19 ng/ml which is crazy low (normal parameters are 30 to 120 ng/ml, and it tales a level of around 80 ng/ml to impact ch for most folks. If you're not using it, piping rock seems to be a good, cheap resource for all of the co factors......I'll be using them next time as I spent close to $150 for a 2 mo supply at CVS and gnc....the K2 was $21/mo by itself! Hi bounty The good news here is that a concentrator actually works at all for you! They only supply around 95% oxygen which is completely useless for most of us. I have read posts of folks coupling 2 machines together for a cumulative higher flow rate but it's still not 100% pure oxygen! Dallas Denny

Hi Tim Oxygen used correctly will eliminate the need for trex for many folks....I've used one injection during the course of my last 3 cycles (6 years).....I routinely abort hits in 5 to 8 minutes using only O2 and coffee.....my experience is that trex causes rebound hits and extends cycle length. Hi Angie Welcome to the community! It is typical for the eyelid on the affected side to swell and/or droop....unusual that it would affect both eyes. The lingering pain could be what we refer to as shadows. What has your doc prescribed in the way of treatment? Dallas Denny

It seems that whatever the hell it was that I came down with at the conference turned into a sinus and upper respiratory infection....and then developed into microplazm (walking) pneumonia! Needless to say, been feeling pretty feeble and old.....but, I'm on the mend and hope to be back on a regular basis soon! So nice to see all the new folks posting!! DD

I agree with J here....and I'm not aware of anyone that's ever been busted and prosecuted for "busting....all that bein said, I think our worldwide community has become so robust in the past several years that in the event that someone did get busted, that the community would rally to finance whatever the best defense was.

In regards to Batchs photo bucket suggestion, while I don't, there might be some folks that would have privacy objections about the videos being posted outside of here or fb....but, they're in a non secure area of the board here so.... DD

Made it home safe! Bummed that the mountain cedar sidelined me for much of the conference.....so great to see so many folks in Austin though ( 181 strong) and so grateful that I was able to attend. Safe travel to all!

G'mornin Treelove Wow! Ok young lady, the first thing we need to figure out is WHY the oxygen is not working better.....what flow rate?....are you using a non rebreather mask? It's imperative that you get O2 working so you can get off the steroids before they cause irreversible damage...weight gain is the least of your worries with long term use of that stuff!! And, you need to detox a minimum of 5 days prior to busting so it's important that the O2 is aborting rapidly...I routinely abort in 5 to 8 minutes...just about a quick as a jab of trex!! DD

G'evenin elpo! So sorry the Beast is having his way with you! Where are you located? I ask because our annual conference is next week in Austin! So, since you didn't mention it, do you have hi flow oxygen? DD
