  1. I come out of an attack feeling like I just went on a long journey and just got back home and I want to talk about what happened.
  2. My CH was only during the day for the first 15 years then I got the nightmare on Elm street condition. The last big cycle before I got into MM I was waking up every hour six times a night.
  3. They are web crawlers mostly, just indexing sites and stuff for search. Some are hacker sniffers looking for old versions of forums and stuff. I have put up many forums and you would be surprised by the weird traffic. A quick check shows tons of them viewing random profiles. No way a real guest is all over profiles and ancient threads on page 50 etc. These are crawlers.
  4. A bunch of them were probably bots
  5. Heh, when we all get together some day it's a round of super clusters on me!
  6. lol! Yep, not drinking that one.

    Gamacore

GammaCore is a joke as far as I have read. I was super interested in it in the beginning but I don't know. One thing for sure though that really grinds my gears is how let's say it does work and it's an electronic device that can help people but these greedy jerks put a timer on it so it stops working so you have to buy another one and they are expensive. I would love to see somebody hack it and make it work for years. This kind of greed on the medical industry makes me sick.
  8. Hey T, Three months is the longest cycle I ever had as an episodic. Hang in there! Welcome to the club
  9. Hey Gail, There is no secret. Cluster busters openly talks about what mushrooms can do. Look at the top of this page, it has a new users read here first link. https://clusterbusters.org/forums/announcement/6-new-users-read-here-first/
  10. My knots are so bad that I have fantasized about jamming a needle into them.
  11. I freeze after I'm wet from being drenched in shock sweat.
  12. Tried to bust and it's not working? Has MM worked before? Besides that, you are just running the gambit. Even people like me that ran the same for 20 years have been blind sided by changes, they happen to all of us pretty much. The nightmare on Elm street scenario as I call it is the worst though. No sleep, getting murdered every time you fall asleep etc. is very traumatic. Hang in there buddy!
  13. "Right up there with kidney stones and child birth" lol
  14. I get some nasty tension headaches during my cluster cycles that can bring on similar but less painful symptoms.
  15. 21 years ago when CH started for me I was convinced that my wisdom teeth were doing it since they had just broken skin and were not going to fit when they came all the way in. I got them pulled out but the CH stuck around
  16. I'm on year 22 with CH. I had complete success last year with MM.
  17. The month prior to my full episode I get tension headaches. That is when stuff can trigger 6's like smokes, chemicals, smells, alcohol, weed etc. then I jump into the full cluster cycle and it's not about triggers, they just happen 2-8 times a day.
  18. It's def. a good idea to change regions if you are chronic and at your wits end with CH. That is if you have the ability to change regions. My headaches changed as I moved around North America.
  19. They can change but my episodic cycles were the same for 20 years before they got a little worse. They went from 2-5 week long cycles to 8-11 weeks. Other than that it's about the same. I beat them with mushrooms last year and only went about one week of pain. This year the goal is even less pain!
  20. Hello MrsKgood, welcome to the forums. The theory & implementation forums is where the busting talk takes place. Sorry that you have to join our club BUT, you found a great place for relief!
  21. Vaping has issues, you can get a lung infection as well.
  22. Hey Bob, welcome to the forum. This is a great place to be. You will find at least some form of relief here. Hang in there!
  23. I don't even suffer as bad as most and CH still makes me cry. I have never cried over any injury in my adult life including broken bones.
  24. The molar pain struggle is real.
  25. The problem with any forum is that you can answer the same question 100 times in 100 different ways and new people will still show up and ask it again without even 30 seconds of research. It's not like we are selling widgets here, this is important stuff for a rare group of people. Anybody in bad shape needs to invest the time. After 17 years of owning and running forums I have found that about 50% of forum users are helpful and the other 50% wants all info handed over to them on a silver platter.
