  1. Yeah, I was drinking beers and way out of cycle and I got hit hard after a dentist visit then busted it and got hit hard again after the next visit five weeks later. They were both extractions of molars and had tons of drugs put into my jaw. I now ask for low epi since they love the stuff for blood control and don't really want to go without it.

  3. I was getting hit just before the shot. Now I'm stuck in an unbustable state for the first time but the odds were against me. Probably not tied together but you never know.
  4. Hey all, It's been pretty good for the last few years but I have a cycle trying to ramp up. Last night I got to about a level 6 of a full blown attack. Dosing as soon as this tea cools off. I used my wifes albuterol inhaler a few times last week because I was smoking some cruddy weed. I wonder if the albuterol triggered this mess? At any rate, time to slay this beast! GL warriors!
  5. I tried to microdose. It just didn't work for me. I prefer the megadose! :p
  6. I dose all the time (about 15 times a year) and besides a dentist trip triggering I have skipped three solid years of cycles and counting.
  7. I have six cats and magic on my side! Keep up the good fight my friends!
  8. Tinnitus club member here. I feel like it got worse from busting but maybe worse from CH. No rona yet...
  9. Keep tabs on those randoms. There was a trigger that made them happen. If you can ID the triggers you can avoid the random CH and then get to work on the episodes.
  10. When it showed her on oxygen with tears coming down her left eye my left eye dropped a tear!
  11. Ah man that video hit home with the up all night CH after falling asleep bit. That one nearly crushed me.
  12. Hey Marlon. Welcome! I'm 49 and mine started when I was 27 and I also thought they were migraines or something since prior to that I never knew what a headache was except for maybe a hangover. Anyway, once per three years is not too bad! I'm once a year and this place has had me in remission for three years now! Hang in there and read up all the good info. You are in good company.
  13. So glad the research is back on after a 50 years ban or whatever it was.
  14. The only pattern I can think of is that it tends to happen more often when I am more in need of sleep or more tired I guess. Yeah, lately it makes me feel like the doorbell was ringing. Such a weird thing. Us clusterheads def. have some quirky issues so it's good to try and find correlations. My spectrum of nero type issues is CH, EHS, panic attacks, cold seizures, ringing in the ears, mild tremors in the hands.....
  15. Welcome to the family. May your journey be awesome.
  16. I get them. I cannot stand the instant jerk wake up with the feeling that I was not breathing. It always seems like it was loud but loud in a weird different way from normal loud. Hard to describe.
  17. Year 23 here but life is better now. GL on your journey NRay, this is the best place to be!
  18. Yep, the fall is my time of year as well. Already been working on it.
  19. Year 23 here. You are in good hands! Welcome to the bust club.
  20. I used to build websites for a living. It was too much screen time so I had to mostly retire. I wear high grade UV protected prescription sunglasses all day every day (see my avatar!). It seems to help with the light pain and discomfort. My neck and shoulders are always messed up even though I beat the beast with busting. The TMJ does not help the situation. I find certain sitting postures can be a trigger for me. Mostly a position like sitting up in bed watching tv or the couch can do it. Side sleeper here, on my back I get anxiety from the gravity pulling on my lungs and the belly is a no go for comfort.
